Fraudulent gym contracts- be very cautious if you sign up.I attended this gym for about a year and absolutely loved it. Then, life happened and I needed to move for a job. I knew that I may have to pay a cancellation fee which I was okay with. I went to cancel in person and they said nothing about a cancellation contract. The employe said ‘There is nothing else you need to do- I have it all taken care of’. They kept charging me for membership, then I reached out to sort it out and they would not cancel my contract. Then, they auto renewed my membership and kept charging me. I finally got through to someone who could cancel the membership and they would not issue a refund for the mistakes and charges they made. I have now paid for 10 months of membership that I was not even in the same state for. They have been so infuriating to work with- I do not have money to be spending on something I cannot use in a different state and they are literally stealing from my bank account. I cannot caution you enough with them!I know multiple people who have had the same issues with cancellations.

I have really enjoyed my time at the Fort Collins club so far, especially my complimentary personal training sessions with Zachary F. He is an excellent trainer! His workout plans are well tailored to my goals and he provides a lot of education and support. I would highly recommend this gym and trainer to a member at any level!

My first time at Genesis club since the renovation. They did a beautiful job. It was spic and span and looked great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I intend to join soon. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Love the bar that has some food and smoothies there in addition to the alcoholic beverages. Wish there was some more vegan friendly options though. :) Would love if they had some almond milk for smoothies and maybe some spinach for salads and possibly to go into smoothies. The bar staff is all great as well. Very friendly and chatty.Moriah the club manager is fantastic. Always willing to help or listen to people.Lots of equipment and classes.

Just moved to Fort Collins and was looking for a gym! We met Jack in Membership and he took us under his wing and gave us an amazing tour. He answered every question. So clean in here too! I can’t wait to keep working out here!

UPDATE: They have yet to return my emails aside from the initial one asking what’s wrong. Anything they say on here saying they want to help resolve an issue is all for show. 10/10 would NOT recommend.Original Review: I’d give 0 stars if I could. This gym has been nothing but issues. I wanted to cancel my membership after I discovered the facility wasn’t worth the money (puke filled a sink, the hot tub was broken for I don’t know how long, a cable pull almost smashed my head because the arms are loose, etc) but they said I couldn’t because of the contract. Just recently, I was having some medical problems due to my disabilities that prevented me from going to the gym for over a month. They wouldn’t even credit the month I didn’t use their facilities to next month. The staff is nice, but this company just wants your money. STAY AWAY!

I have been a member ay this gym for a long time. They changed ownership so it is a little different now but still my favorite gym to go to in Ft Collins. They did some remodeling and its really nice. Hot tub finally fixed and they have extended their hours now to be open longer. I have brought two people with me as guests and both joined because they really they liked it. It would be nice o have a recovery room like some other gyms have but still would much rather go here. I like the machines. They have everything I need here and like the space here. Like the pools and café / bar really nice to have. I'm thankful that I go to a really nice gym. There are two more locations in Ft Collins too.

Machines are not maintained adequately and they consistently don't have any clean towels available for guests to either wipe down machines or shower with. If they can't manage to occasionally fix their machines and keep some clean towels on hand it makes visiting really unpleasant. Other gyms in the area do a far superior job - I recommend avoiding Genesis.

Turf area, good amount of squat racks, free weights section is well stocked. This gym has everything you need and the staff is super courteous! The facility is clean and they offer towels. I cannot recommend them enough.
