Genesis Health Clubs - Fort Collins Club

Struggling to lift my phone to write this review because of how killer a pump I got working out at Genesis! There is something here for every level and style of training. Whether you’re bodybuilding, powerlifting, or training for endurance, Genesis has plenty of equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals. Apart from that, the staff is very welcoming and made me feel at home. I would recommend this gym for beginners and advanced lifters alike.

Fort Collins Club checks all my boxes: open late, multiple class options around the clock, peaceful yoga room, lap pool, plus both wet & dry saunas, plus small conveniences like providing towels, toiletries, and yoga mats (if needed), and lockers with built-in-locks. Mariah, our club manager works her you-know-what off for us, training her staff to be kind, friendly, conscientious, and responsive, as she is. I appreciate, too, the special social events and parties.

I love this gym. Was a part of this gym before the remodel and they did such a great job with the remodel. The staff is also awesome and welcoming. Pick this club if you want community and a great place to get fit!

Posting on behalf of my husband, Jim:I recently stayed in Fort Collins for two weeks while visiting family, and my daughter recommended "her" gym, Genesis Health Club, so that I could keep up my workout regimen. Bryce was welcoming and helpful, and happy to accommodate my needs for short-term use of the club, and all staff were professional and courteous. The locker room and showers are spotless, and the club has an abundant selection of modern, well-maintained equipment to meet every workout need, making for an enjoyable experience. I enjoyed every visit. Thank you!

I went to Genesis and got a tour of the club with Jack. The club was beautiful! They have everything from a steam room to a bar to a huge workout area and an indoor 25 m pool. They also have sauna and Jacuzzi available. It was a beautiful club and Bryce greeted me with a great deal to become a new member. The service was excellent and I am looking forward to working out there tomorrow.

This club delivers incredible value. I enjoy the squash courts and the fitness classes, and I appreciate the community feel, with all ages having a go. The presence of a bar and restaurant, even a meeting/conference room, makes this a de facto coworking space. I hear that during the summer there are also plenty of people enjoying the outdoor area.Some people have commented on the requirement to come in physically to cancel a membership, which I do not agree with. However, it is one of those policies I accepted when I signed up.

My husband and I loved working out at this gym. They have a huge selection of free weights and the upstairs is filled with really nice cardio machines (we used the stair climber and spin bikes). After our workout we got delicious smoothies at their in-gym bar. They have lots of options so I was able to get a low-carb protein shake while my husband got a high protein one. They even have a place for your kids to hang out while you work out! 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been a member for 9 +yrs every since the good old Fort Collins club days. When genesis bought the club we were guaranteed the same rates and perks from the club. All of the sudden they got rid of my guest passes which used to carry over year over year. I brought my children in for a fast game of basketball, my oldest has his membership but youngest does not. I was told guest passes were taken away because staff/guest were abusing the privilege. I was told I had to pay $15 dollars for a day pass for my 9 yr old son. We literally played for 30 minutes and left. I don’t understand how and or why I have to lose my guest passes due to staff/guest misusing our perks. They’ve lost their personal touch and local feel to what it used to be.

I’ve been a member of Genesis for many years and have always loved the great service, classes, and trainers. I recently started working with Jasmine Chesson and she is amazing! She listens to all my health needs and designs incredible workouts that leave me feeling stronger and energized! I highly recommend Jasmine if you’re looking for a personal trainer!

Nate and Jake are great trainers and staff. They were patient and met us where we were at for the workout. I felt that they listened to what we wanted to improve and answered our questions.I recommend Genesis Health club for anyone looking to start bettering the physical health!
