1Body is amazing!! DJ keeps me accountable and pushes me to be a better version of myself. Some days I’m trying to find excuses not to come in because I had a long day at work, but let me tell you once I finish my session I’m so happy I went! I love seeing my results! You will not be disappointed.

I never knew how to use any of the equipment at a regular gym, and always felt weird about going. After gaining 10lbs over the last five years, I finally decided to try this place where I could "learn how to gym". In a little over two months, I'm already down 5lbs and a pant size! I love the variety in each session--it's never the same, so I don't dread anything. I've never felt stronger!

I’ve been working with the Owner DJ, for the past 2 months! I’m so haply that I made the choice to join this studio! I’m taking this as an investment in myself and DJ has made that choice so worth it!! He is so patient but yet pushes me enough to get it done! He makes me feel so comfortable working out which I never thought would be possible! The studio is well equipped and always clean!! Anyone who is like me and uneasy about their weight and working out I highly highly recommend 1body Training Studio and DJ!!

Very nice and friendly staff. Great place to have 1 on 1 training sessions. I so far booked ~15 sessions and will do more!Girlfriend approved! Hock built real muscles on me. Every session is good workout. I can feel myself being more powerful and energetic.Very responsive, friendly and professional. Hock is professionally educated so that the sessions max out the result but will not hurt me. He cares about both weights and forms, with helpful tips to prevent me from hurting myself in my everyday life. He cares about personal goals and tailor the trainings to fit my need (upper body building).Highly recommended! Thank you Hock!

I started going to 1Body a couple of months ago and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for support in their physical fitness journey! In particular, I am really happy with my personal trainer, the facility, and the progress I have made.DJ is a great personal trainer and the owner - he's friendly, supportive, and you can really feel he cares about your progress and health. He likes throwing in random client appreciation freebies (protein powder, energy drinks, a free session, car detailing if you can believe it!), which are always a surprise delight! He's excellent at establishing a rapport with his clients, as well as pushing you to work harder than you thought you could, but not more than you can handle. DJ is also a great texter, and scheduling appointments is a breeze with how fast the responses are.The facility is clean and well-maintained, and such a relief to have during COVID - usually, it is just me and DJ in the facility on the weekend. During the week, it is usually DJ, me, and another trainer and their trainee. The facility is big enough that you don't worry too much about social distancing, but also provides a huge variety in workouts that you can do. Water and towels are provided, because you will be working up a sweat!Finally, I have been feeling great since starting my workouts here. DJ provides a nutritional plan based on your fitness goals, and my goal was weight-loss. I am pre-diabetic, so he tailored a plan for me, and I have been feeling stronger and fitter, and eating more than I thought I would! We weighed in recently and I am indeed shrinking, and am in-between clothing sizes, which is super exciting!If you are looking for support in your physical fitness, I would 100% recommend 1Body Training Studio. :)

This review is VERY overdue. I've been a client of DJ's for about a year. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing in terms of helping you reach your fitness goals. He has also helped me adjust some of my nutrition, which has been a major obstacle for me on my weight loss journey. With his guidance, I was able to reach my initial goal of losing the baby weight I was holding onto for a few months. Now, I have new goals and he's helping me reach them.The facility itself is very clean, organized, and there's a variety of equipment available. No session feels identical to another. Even a year later, I still feel challenged by the workouts at 1Body and look forward to the next session!

My experience with 1 Body Training Studio has been simply amazing. The studio is clean and well equipped. I work with DJ, who is the owner as well as a trainer. We started off with an overall body assessment. He took the time to listen to my goals and develop a meal plan that works for me. He is genuinely focused on your progress and cares about your overall health. DJ and all the other trainers at 1Body really listen to your concerns and customize the workouts based on your strength and stamina. They also provide you with healthy energy drinks and protein shakes/bars. They focus on long lasting results and are always ready with tips on how to improve your lifestyle and how to better yourself. Let's be honest - no one likes working out, but DJ makes working out fun and knows exactly how much to push you to get the results you are looking for. Overall, this place is worth every penny and makes you feel like your giving your body the proper care it deserves. If you are looking for someone to help you with your personal training, I would definitely recommend DJ and any of the other trainers at 1Body!

Love my experience so far! DJ is absolutely great in understanding one’s fitness goals and needs and connecting me up with an outstanding trainer - love my trainer Sydney! She is focused on teaching me to be independent when it comes to strength training, and also customizes her approach to boost morale and provide tangible tips to adjust form! Looking forward to my training sessions every week! Also grateful to DJ to helping me on the food side of things :)

I’ve been training for the past two months at 1Body Training Studio. So, far my experience has been great. The staff is friendly and fitness educated. They help you target your weight goals. They make you feel confident. DJ the owner is very friendly and ensures your sessions are on target. The gym facility is always neat and clean.

The 1 Body Training Studio, is simply amazing. The personal trainers here are genuinely focused on your progress and care about your growth as a person. I’ve been going to this place for about 1.5 months now and I can already tell that my body is going through a healthy transformation. The personal trainers take the time to develop a meal plan that works for you (including meal plans that cater for vegetarian/vegan preferences.) They also provide you with healthy energy drinks (with BCAA) and protein shakes/bars. I’ve lost about 15lbs in this time frame and it feels like it was a very healthy and sustainable weight loss. So far, every workout has been different and I can feel places of my body developing muscles that I typically couldn’t strength when working out on my own. Overall, this place is worth every penny and really makes you feel like your giving your body the proper care it deserves.
