Excellent facilities. Lots of fitness classes conducted onsite. I had been to few and they were pretty well taught. All the fitness equipment are maintained very well. The staff is very nice and receptive to your feedback and take care of it.

This gym is labelled a 'Super Sport' but i've seen better (bigger). REAL Super Sports offer full-size b-ball courts and way more square footage (for more equipment). The usual amount of 'out of service' machines for 'indefinite times' are present (& annoying).

Live in CO but here in Bay Area for work. Been lifetime 24 Hour member for 10 years. Tried to workout here using pass they gave me last time in town. There was no consideration. The answer was no. Could have worked out for three days if I lied about who I was and having a membership out of state. Management was rude and inflexible. Def won't be back to this place.

the management and the staff is great. But the facility is one of the most dirtiest facility thus far. It's really unfair that they charge people for super sport but it's really an active sport facility. Actually San Leandro is considered an active sport by they provide more than this club. Smh!!

Great place to work out if that's all you're wanting to do. Offer all the regular options a super sport has. Employees could be more engaged with the customers. I always just get looked at funny when I walk in, no one ever says "hello" or "Have a great workout" except this one lady who works late nights.

Good selection of gym equipment; machines are always available even during busy times. The 2nd floor has cardio while the first floor has upper body (weights, etc). There is a basketball court, swimming pool, and sauna. The men's locker room has decent showers, but during busy times a line forms and it can take 10 minutes to get a stall.

I am comparing this gym with other 24-hour clubs. If you want to pay 3 times as much, like Club Sport, then that would be another level. This one has good machines, good free weights, and a huge selection of cardio on the second level. It has a pool, Jacuzzi, and half-court basketball. It is basically clean, and the employees seem to care vs. other club locations where if I tell them something is broken, they act like i am interrupting their social time.

I'm giving this 24 hr fitness super sport location in Fremont 5 stars. Not because this is the paragon of fitness centers (it's still a step below places like Virgin Active in Thailand and Singapore) but because this is one of the best 24 hr locations in the area. It's newer, has all the equipment you would need (including bumper plates and Olympic barbells) , and, most importantly, the staff keeps the equipment locker room, and sauna area admirably clean. Not spotless but much cleaner than the other locations in the area. For this reason I find myself making the longer trek to the Fremont instead of the San Jose location.
