Clean facility with new workout equipment. Swimming pool is a bit smaller but adequate. Steam room and sauna are fine. Probably the smallest basketball court of any Super Sport gym that I've ever been to. Overall the facility is not bad looking and very bright and inviting. However the customer service here in my opinion needs some work. Almost all the Super Sports that I've been to usually have a very friendly staff member working the front desk. I usually go to the gym between 7pm and 12 midnight and with the exception of one or two front desk receptionists, most of them are horrible. Young kids who are too proud and just don't know how to greet their members. They don't say good day or good night. Sometime these kids are too busy chatting with their co workers to even know whether you actually scanned your fingerprint or not. I literally feel like I can just walk in without actually having a membership. If you asked them a question, they answered back like they just hate their job and can't wait to go home. Blows my mind that they're even working the front desk and is the face and reflection of the gym.
