Nice clean place although can be get crowd around 430ish. Some of the stuff get a little pushy when it comes to purchasing your membership.

one of the worst 24hr clubs in the area. constantly out of body liquid soap in shower room, and I even see angry customers broke the dispensers from the wall when both of them are out of soap. they said they check every hour but apparently it is a lie.

I upgraded my membership for all club access so I could use this particular facility and let me just say that I was very very disappointed. This has got to be worst 24 hour that I have ever worked out at. The bathrooms are unkempt. Most of the treadmills were not working during the few times that I did go there along with other cardio equipment. Very disappointing.

Majority of Asian older swimmers brought in the way of swimming: wanton style. Most of the swimming pools with decent swimmers in mind share two per lane. But here the elders who influence the youths are jamming in the pool regardless of number of people or speed of the swimmers in the pool. Either 24hr management need to educate or hard set the rules to make it a "Super Sports" quality.I say many folks here come to take shower with free towers and plastic bags - presenting the worst kind of human ethical behavior.I stay away from the shower and pool area - very hard to see.No, not really!

The place hasn't been open that long and is uncomfortably unkept. There are constantly dirty towels, plastic bags and peoples crap on the floors in the shower area. Doesn't smell pleasant and as for the pool area it sucks. God knows how many damn times I see people in the jacuzzi and yes in the pool swimming in their gym clothes, essentially street clothes and even their freaking underwear. No bullshit ! If I was able to take pics, I'd post it and you'd see just what I'm saying. So one day I spoke to several people at the desk and it seemed like they were totally oblivious to the situation. One guy said he goes through the pool 5 times a day and hasn't seen what I was talking about. Another said It 's a cultural thing. Yea so what kind of crap is that ? Very unsanitary, not appreciated. Going to take it to the next step. Speak to management and see what happens. Stay tuned ,I doubt things will change

This has the worst cleaning staff of any 24hr I've been to. They are extremely rude and while they must close the locker room for cleaning due to no male cleaners, which is inconvenient, they are on their phones talking and texting instead of trying to clean it and open locker room up as soon as they can. If I can put pics up here I will. I've complained to management and I'm not alone in doing so. But they don't seem to care, nothing has changed. They don't even clean, they make it look like it was cleaned. Nobody is there to supervise them at the time they clean. To busy talking on the phone. I'm not a complainer and I understand that milking a job when unsupervised is common, but these cleaners are hideous and rude. They announced locker room would close in 5 min so I go in there and this unkept cleaner lady blocks the way with her body. I thought she was going to try pushing me. I told her they just announced it and she said 'so what, get out'. And management seems to be just as lazy as the cleaners by not doing anything about it. Unbelievable! ! !

Not well managed. I was there at various time of day and there is always dirty shower stall with hair on the floor, one time the soap were completely empty. There were overflowed used towels in lock room and wet floor. In contrast, more than 5 works happily chatting at front desk. To improve it , manager can put up a lookroom cleaning schedule along with check list. more frequently if that is peak time. At the end of day, make sure the sheet is filled by responsible worker and signed. If people complain again with cleanness, ask for the day and time and find out which worker was responsible for that time. People will behave if they know that they will be hold responsible.

I am impressed with this gym. The locker room seems ok, but I prefer to shower at home so I can't speak of the conditions. However, the staff seem helpful and the place is always clean. I have always felt like the patrons have a role in keeping a gym clean as well rather than leaving it to the staff to pick up my garbage. Overall, I like this location.

I have joined the club for 2+ months. What I observed was not very impressive. The water-related facility is not maintained very well - pool is closed during year-end week just waiting for parts, pool is constantly in unscheduled maintenance, Jacuzzi was overflowing to the floor, and long towel is often out of stock. As more members are joining they should invest to keep the service up.

I love this place, I think the management did a great job with this location. But there is always a but; staff runs out of towels around 430 ish. I think lots of people come after 5. I believe they can be proactive about getting fresh towels and please don't stand behind the counter when a pile of towels is sitting on table, fold them. Also, please get that triangle digital clock and hang one in front of basketball court and another one by TRX. so people on 2nd floor can see it too. Its hard to see second hand on analog clock when you are timing rest periods or doing interval training. Supersport in San jose has it.
