Planet Fitness is the Walmart of gyms. It's almost always busy, there are always people there who are just taking up space and not working out.Planet Fitness claims to be a non-judgmental gym, but they do the most judgemental thing by having a "lunk alarm", and claim anyone who makes noise while lifting weights, wear tank tops, or drink from large water jugs are "lunks" and therefore not allowed to workout there. Does that sound like a non-judgmental gym to you?So, if you start lifting weights at Planet Fitness, make sure you don't get too big. They'll judge you as a "lunk" and ask you to leave.Meanwhile, the employees do very little to enforce any of the rules that actually make sense in a gym. I've even seen employees standing in the locker room and texting on their phones while men were undressed in the same room. Why is that ok? To even have your phone/camera out in the locker room is sus. Especially for an on-the-clock employee.

Very big scam the manager is overweight and has a very bad attitude. She had a lunch break for over a hour on purpose to make it hard for me to cancel my membership. They told me every year they would charge $50 but they charged me $50 2 months lasted after I just signed up they scam people I don’t recommend this gym

I came today looking for a place to call my gym and I received VIP customer service Eddie explained everything made the whole process so smooth from signing up to making sure I got everything I needed and more he even helped me download app and walked me through everything the tour was great and so was the massage chair he had me test out before leaving....clean atmosphere nice place...THANKS A MILLION EDDIE YOU HANDLED THAT LIKE A BOSS.

I have good work outs ! Black card is a plus I can bring whoever whenever I like .Also the gym is very clean the equipment, the locker room, showers.And it's a very affordable membership. .I am very happy with their service.
