Showers don’t work. Employees are always nice and accommodating but the manager is such a b!tch I would rather make the drive across town than deal with her. Always rude for no reason, ruins my workout and the atmosphere, whenever I see her donut bun hair I know it’s time for me to leave.

I have been a member of planet fitness for YEARS AND YEARS and today i was denied buying water so i could work out. I have always bought my drinks in the gym because they ring it up on my account. For the FIRST TIME EVER i was told they needed a card to pay. No, you have my routing and account number on file! Charge it to that! No one can run miles, lift, and do a while work out routine without water. So, i had to up and leave the gym. Will not be back again.

This Planet Fitness has been a God send. I have the black card which is great because I live in New York City but am from Fresno. So whenever I’m in town, I’ve got a great gym to just kill it in! I’ve heard this gym in particular actually use the Lunk alarm which is HILARIOUS. (It was only once but still.) the machines are clean. I never feel judged. I’ve not been here when it’s overly crowded (I’m comparing that to Manhattan so keep that in mind lol). And the front desk peeps are ALWAYS warm and friendly! It’s my favorite Planet Fitness so far!

It's a great place, clean, with nice music, the most important thing is the associates and management crew are AWESOME, friendly, and ready to help you out.EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I’ve been a member for about 3 years and absolutely love the morning crew. It’s nice when Marco and Eric greet you by name and always encourage members to have a great workout.

Love the atmosphere at this location . Got amazing service from Ebbonie. She was helpful and awesome to talk too. Will be coming back to this location !!! Highly recommend coming here.

I think I might of visited all Locations in Fresno. My experience has been all the same. Clean, friendly staff. I'm not a germafobe, I keep quiet, do my work out and go. Its everything I need and more. The bonus is the showers , message chairs and tables and the 2 locations that are open 24hrs.

Eddie and Elena were at the front desk tonight, they gave wonderful customer service, very upbeat! Women's locker rooms were freshly mopped 5 stars!

I go late at night, around 11:00 to midnight. Always plenty of treadmills and other machines to work with. I work with dead weight also as they're always available at these times.I've been there at 9:00am too, when I was doing mornings. I little crowded for me, but everyone seems to mind their own business. I like this place and I think I will be a member here for years to come.

Generally, I would not invest in a black card (All access) because these gyms are franchises, independently owned and operated which means that decisions about your membership do not apply to all locations. Additionally, complaints are tossed between corporate and the franchise, it feels like a loop. Local PF sales people are only interested in getting you in on a contract after they sign you on, you lose value immediately. I have had a couple of horrible experiences with local club staff but highly professional experiences with regional management. Seems like a total disconnect.This rating is for the west shaw Location. The club could be cleaner if the staff did something else besides standing at the front desk ,towels are always out. Also, the regulars are not as respectful about space or mask wearing-- this is just an issue the further north you go. The club's layout is long and narrow and it makes for a stuffy workout space and a harbor for germs. I will only be working out here out if convenience but it's not my preferred pf location.
