Im travel nurse from Houston. I was getting off work at my night shift job and went to the gym this morning and the lady at the counter called my attention after scanning my badge coz I have been there more than 10 times and it’s not my home location which I understood. She gave me an option to either pay $5 to I can work out or move location so I said I’ll move my location. She started process and I was patiently waiting. I gave her all right information for the transfer but she couldn’t do it and then there was this tall gentleman who just came in and tried to scanned his badge multiple times and it was not scanning so Destiny just told him that it’s okay and she let him pass through while I can’t.Where is the quality service here? Where is the equal treatment to customers? Those I didn’t see from your employee and that made me so disappointed especially I was in a hurry to finish my workout so I could go home as sleep before I go back to work nights again. I had to write this complaint because I know what wasn’t right of her. I take care of my patients in the hospital with passion, respect and efficiency just to make sure I give the right medications to the right patient and your employee just let a person pass despite failed attempts on badge scan. Please improve quality service and equal treatment to customers.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The amount that it cost to make a membership matters nothing the fact that someone can’t counsel when they’re trying to get out of a membership means everything. Eric who is the front desk attendant has given me the runaround for over a month in regards to canceling my membership. I was initially told that I can go to any location to cancel but I couldn’t do it over the phone. Then I go to a new location only to be told that I have to go to the location that I’ve been signed up with to cancel my membership. Mind you I have two memberships for planet fitness. So then I go to a new location they informed me that only the location I signed that we can cancel me so the lady was nice enough to take time to contact that location to receive an email for me to counsel. I sent the email and then called the location back once again I’ll-experienced Eric answers the phone. I’m asking him direct questions as far as how long does it take for my email to receive a response for the cancellation process to begin. He gives me the runaround and tells me that I will receive a confirmation email saying that it was received which is not what I asked. So I asked to speak with a manager someone who is more qualified to help me regarding my questions or concerns he tells me that the manager is unavailable and will be gone for an hour and that I will need to call back to reach the manager. Not what’s your phone number let me leave a message for him to return your call or anything to resolve the issue or concern that a customer, a still paying customer has. I really feel like this child is playing with me and my coins and I don’t appreciate it. He makes a bad look for all of the planet fitness locations. I travel for work and I work in a special field for the state of California. But I will never book a membership at planet fitness ever again!

Great intro price. Decent for the price paid, unfortunately though, the restrooms are always filthy, along with showers. Even after bringing to attention of management. Nothing was done on several occasions to correct the problems. Which is the reason for 2 stars. Only reason I continue my membership is because I'm going through a difficult time in life and the use of showers is necessary to keep my non- homeless look up, with God all things are possible. So things will get better.

This gym was very clean and the staff is always welcoming and polite. One particular staff member, Daniela, was very kind and understanding. She made my experience there great and I can not wait to go back!

I love it here I just started my fitness journey about 2 weeks ago and this is one of the best places. Ebony was great at attending to my needs and offering services. I personally will refer a friend’s and my membership us worth the price

I really like this PF. It's always clean, nice and cool and not intimidating. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I had a few billing issues (which I'm pretty sure were my fault, lol) but Destiny was so patient and helpful. She even called me later to give a status update! Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Ilike going to this gym the staff is pretty cool it's pretty big inside so you can move around and do what you need to do plenty of TVs to go around so you can watch whatever you want to watch if you want to watch the news the game or whatever it is you want to watch the locker rooms are pretty clean for the most part I haven't had any incidences or anything like that one negative is they don't take cash for some strange reason so anytime you want to buy like a drink or something you have to pay with the debit card that you started your account with which is a little strange to me but for the most part pretty legit place man I like it you know it it's good

Had a great workout with my daughter Deja. We really enjoyed ourselves. This gym is practicing social distancing & it is a clean facility. I love the massager bed & chair💯😍😍😍🤷that's my favorite part about the gym so far. The price is reasonable also. …

I took a tour of the Planet Fitness facility today and was greeted by a friendly smile. Juliette was very personable. She took the time to explain how some of the equipment worked and informed of the workout classes available along with the awesome Spa area. She also explained the membership options after the tour.I was very impressed with how clean and spacious the facility was -- especially the women's locker room area.I will definitely be back tomorrow, ready to join and ready to work out!I would highly recommend this facility to those also seeking a great place to workout!

Friends that come to this particular gym, my truck got broken into here in the parking lot, I don't carry anything of monetary value, but they did take my briefcase that I use for work. I have many important login codes and passwords. Most likely it was just tossed after they realized that they couldn't trade it for drugs. If you guys find a burgundy briefcase please let me know. It has a lots of business cards and a couple of note books. Thanks in advance
