Planet Fitness is one of my favorite gyms to work out at. Having clean restrooms, weights being properly re-racked, and welcoming professional employees that always greet you with a smile. Seeing my two favorite employees Ebony and Elena makes my experience that much better.

To whom this may concern. I had the pleasure of your employee Marisa customer service. She was very helpful with an insurance situation. This young lady was very patient with me helped me the hole time to get my account corrected. In these days its hard to find good customer service, so I commend Ms. Marisa for helping me and she's very informative thank you again.

I’m was in the locker this morning 7:30 am when “manager” Jessica walked in unannounced with her phone on. I explained to her she should announce her self as I was naked “in my boxers”. I also told her why she would have her phone out as that is illegal to record. She and the employee standing there called me a liar, so I pulled my phone out and began to record. She refused to leave the bathroom and to put her phone away. She was very rude and inappropriate.

I came here last week and absolutely loved it. I’ve been to many gyms in fresno and most of the employees are uninterested to what u say or ask them but a lady here provided the best service for me and my boyfriend. Her name was Elena, so if her boss sees this please let elena know she is an amazing worker. Thank you and I’ll be back ✨

Isaac was awesome! He explained the hours of operation, which machines to use for my needs and explained all the black card perks I am able to get.

It's a good little gym and fairly inexpensive. It doesn't get too busy here, especially if you come in after 8:00. Good convenient hours as well.

Super clean and always open, with trucker access for now and hopefully forever just park on the road. Brothers and sisters' management doesn't allow trucks to park on the actual property, which is bonkers. The profession is old as time, and we still can't get a parking spot at the gym the disrespect 😆. Jokes aside im a 15yr+ otr truck driver, i can tell yall that having access to gyms 🏋️‍♂️ is key i can't stress how important this is to our physical health as well as our mental health. 🙏 please respect the area keep it clean yall know who you are, stay strong live long and healthy remember we owe it to our families to be here and long after we serve our country so take a minute or 60 and bust a move.
