This Place has come a long way!!! Girl with the curly hair was really nice and helped me with what i needed! Not my home gym. Great Job Guys!

This gym has greatly turned around since my original review. It was recently renovated, the major changes to the locker room. It’s quite nice. The gym is still on the small side, however, which can make it hard to get in your desired fill workout. Hopefully one day they can make it bigger.The staff also keeps the gym pretty clean now. A couple times I have seen the restroom a bit messy, and the staff quickly took care of it when I brought it to their attention. 'Original Review:Thought I would try out this Planet Fitness, I regret it.1.) Toilets were covered in dry urine and had no toilet paper (paper was ripped and thrown all over the floor). The restroom clearly hadn’t been checked in hours; gym toilets should be checked once an hour. Thankfully one employee cleaned the stalls when I brought forth my concern.2.) Soap dispensers: broken.3.) The toilets flush for about 15 seconds. It’s so long you think “oh no, the toilet is broken and not stopping.” I can’t imagine how much water is wasted, yes, California is in a drought.4.) Accessible shower head broken.5.) Showers are (awkwardly) smaller than the other gym and the hair catchers were broken (slipping hazard).6.) Handful of machines broken.7.) Gym is probably the smallest in Fresno, felt like half the size of the others. Because it’s so small, it also has an awkward layout.8.) Lights are too bright, my eyes are sensitive to bright lights.9.) Not enough cleaning stations.10.) There’s only one mirror in the far corner of the gym. If you like working out in front of a mirror, oh well.11.) Massage chair: old, rickety, was very uncomfortable.Big Problem: why on earth are camera’s pointed at the massage chairs and hydro massages??? 0 of the other clubs I have visited do this. It’s very creepy, a violation of privacy, and the company needs to remove them ASAP.I will not return to this location. I feel bad for paying customers who are stuck here.

Good Gym to go to

Very informative, great environment, friendly staff

I have been coming to this gym for a while now but some females there act like they are too pretty to talk to you without giving you attitude, it’s there job to speak to you but respond to you like if your hitting on them ; girl calm down your not all thatI’m just there to work out

They say have the black card you’re able to go to any club, Delano club didn’t take me and had me come all the way to Fresno just to cancel, and pay 58 dollars. “Awesome” gym experience

I spoke with Linda over the phone regarding an application I had submit. She expressed they’re understaffed and what shifts were available. I told her I would be available for two of the shifts, as I thought she was implying; they hire shifts (as most places hire specific shifts) and she got loud and stated that she “doesn’t hire shifts, she hires availability.” She should have made that clear, instead of stating what shifts she was attempting to fill. She seems to lack comprehension skills and if she’d learn to speak more coherently, there wouldn’t be any misunderstandings.She then stated that a formal interview would be needed to see if I was a proper fit, obviously. But, after her attitude over the phone and inability to have a simple conversation without confusion, I’m sure I wouldn’t be a good fit.So, I declined moving further and thanked her and she laughed; haha.I can only imagine she’s the reason they stay understaffed. :)

I love the new machine that added it motivates me to come often

Great equipment but no one follows the rules and the staff does nothing to enforce them. Be nice to complete a circut without having to skip a machine because someon is sitting in it using their phone. Now under construction for 2 months.
