Great gym for a great price. Very very clean I'd have to say. Staff is wonderful, and helpful. Most planet fitness Gyms are usually crowded from 4pm-8pm.

I'm doing a road trip and had to stop by to get my work, AND WORKOUT done!I came in, Staff were friendly, asked if I could use the WiFi we members have, and bam! Got both done! Staff were very courteous, and from my time observing, the girl with the wavy hair at the front acknowledged everyone that came in and out!Aside from that, there was another girl that was legitimately cleaning the equipment, each individual one! And the floors were getting mopped by the girl at the front! It was absolutely clean! Trust me when I say that this does not get done everywhere! I had a great experience here, and everything was stocked up! Restrooms were cleaned, and even the tiniest detail was noticed! Way to go with that locker room and the scent in the lockers!There were no items damaged or weights thrown around. Everything was in its place! I've been to roughly 15 Planet Fitness! This takes the cake!Only 2 minor things: 1) Water pressure needs to be fixed in the men's sinks, and 2) the bathroom curtain needs to be an inch or two bigger.Other than that, bravo!!

Most machines work well and the gym is clean. The members are nice and keep t9 themselves mostly. If I had any complaints it's that I wish there were sign in sheets for the Smith machines because people take a long time on them and they are hard to get a spot on. And also another pec and delt machine would be great because there is only 1 and it's used alot.Lastly I want to say that the young lady at the front is always helpful and hardworking.

I like this gym, but being a black card member I'm supposed to be able to utilize like the massage chairs. They only have 2 n 1 is down most the time n I want to sit in it longer than 10 min! More than once or twice. I pay my fees every month, sometimes that's all I want to do. But to b limited cuz your not upgrading with the $$ brought in, isn't right! Blackstone needs RENOVATIONS/UPDATED EVERYTHING! Signs on equipment, Not In Order, 1 massage chair down. Young girls doing photo shoot in bathroom, looking at me like I'm in their way in the locker room. Idk Abt this gym anymore.

I was happy to see new equipment at this place but already a lot of machines need repair. Not sure if the equipment is not high quality, the maintenance people do not attend to fix the equipment quickly, or the people who work out here are reckless with the machines but other than this place getting super packed I hope this issue gets resolved. For people wanting to be body builders do not come here but if you want to have lean muscle or lose weight and be healthy this is the perfect place to come to.
