I've had a membership here for over a year and I never had a complaint until now. Recently I decided to end my membership and they not only continued to charge me but wouldn't refund. I'm not happy at all with the service.

I signed there and my debit card went threw on first day and as months goes by, they didnt tell me that my card is declining from the system. So 3 month gone by they said i havent been paying the monthly payment which is 160$. And i told them why didn't let me know on the first month when it declined my card from the system! I end up paying for the cancel fee as well which cost me almost 300 just for thise 3 months. Worse customer service ever! Lazy workers. Don't go here!

This gym is great! The equipment is well maintained and the place is clean. I suggest to avoid going here from 5pm-8pm since it gets packed. Equipment includes weight machines, treadmills, ellipticals, step climbers, and there are dumbbells and mats for stretching. Unless you plan on being the next Arnold Schwarzenegger this place has everything you need.It's great to have an affordable gym in our community. This part of Fresno often gets overlooked and forgotten when it comes to new business.

I called to ask a few questions and the phone rang for over 2 minutes I called 3 times and every singe time the same thing happened.I suggest the gym hire more staff if indeed it is soooo busy it cant answer the phone.No one ever answered.

The absolute worst planet fitness I have ever been to the staff is horrible and it starts with the Manager. There are so many rules they don't know which one is legit or not! I would not I commend this gym to anyone. Planet fitness prides itself on not judging others. Well that's all they do there at this particular location.

I've been a member for more than a year, just like any other gym if you are under contract yes they will charge even if you don't go or try to cancel before the time. Duhh 😑 I love this place, it is always clean. They always answer my questions, always clear about everything. The staff are very nice and always greet you at the door 😄 I love how they recognize me. Its been more than a year and still proud to be part of planet fitness. I only pay $19 a month, no contract, VIP, unlimited guest with me 😄 why pay more at other locations? 😃

Had a good experience. Signed up online and just went in got a key card and that was it. A few times a week I would go in and exercise and the facility was clean, staff was friendly and the equipment was in good condition. Then came time for me to cancel after I was moving. So I walked in and cancelled. No runaround, no hidden charges it was easy.

What ever you do DO NOT sign up here. The corporation and staff do not care and do everything in their power to loop-hole you out of your hard earned money. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR card number or they will take money from you willy-nilly. Never had worse customer service than I got from "Nate" the store manager. Seriously don't do it!

Nice gym. BUT MY KEYS WERE STOLEN AND HAD TO GET MY CAR TOWED HOME AND PAY TO REPLACE MY VEHICLE KEY. THE PROBLEM IS IT WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED. THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER SAID HE HAS BEEN TO THAT GYM TO TOW CARS A FEW TIMES IN THIS MONTH BECAUSE OF KEYS BEING STOLEN FROM THE GYM.
