Was promised that the manager would call me back for a false charge on my membership and it’s been more than a week and I have not gotten any calls. Incompetent manager and upset customer, how am I going to be charged the price of a black card but only have access to the utilities for a classic membership?? Make it make sense because I sure can’t.

It's a clean gym considering the location. I'm glad the staff maintains it well. I'm also glad other members clean after themselves and are there to workout out and not just play on their phone.

Grest staff along w/my trainer Eli he's great @ what he does very informative & makes sure that your properly doing the excercise,lifting,etc...correctly. Rather your goal is trim,tone,or build Eli is your go to guy...

For all you tractor trailer drivers let me tell you something so that you know this. Most of you know I drive all 48 states so I try to find me a planet fitness with semi truck parking as much as I can and time allows. I called two days prior and they said that there was overnight parking in the parking lot. This thing is in a strip mall and naturally the management company that owns it does not like tractor trailer drivers! However there is street parking if you don't mind it. That I pass this along to you so that you know this and don't get disappointed when the security officer comes to run and says no you can't park here overnight.

This is my home gym, I go here everyday. The kids ( because that's what they are to me 😉) are really friendly and always nice. Great hard working staff.Whoever your maintenance humanoid is, he is failing to maintain the equipment. 3 cables are broken on 3 different machines. A good maintenance man or woman would have had this fixed in a matter of 2 hours. That's being generous, the padding on the curling machine in the 30 min workout section is torn and probably harboring some critters.Also, can you get some gatorade fit in this place? The cooler is always almost empty, nobody drinks regular gatorade anymore. 😉If I get an automated response from the owner... I will pray to lord Odin that he vanquish the evil lummox that is your maintenance.By the way... did I mention that the staff here is top notch?Just because this gym is in the hood doesn't mean it has to look like it.Get it together!! 💪

Well, I did pay my black card thinking the gym was ready to have a good work out any location you go. Had a trip to California from Houston Tx. And I use to use the gym located in Visalia ca, but when I had to stay in Fresno this is what I found. You can say many things because am tripping out if you pay for something at least you expect will be in good and safe conditions.
