Surprisingly good gym. I've had GB3 before and although planet doesn't have the fancy steam room, sauna, and pool, it definitely makes up for the awesome massage chair, massage bed, tanning bed, and the best one- Total Body Enhancement. It's been proven to work with 100% results and 0% side effects.Free endless pizza from 4pm every first Monday of the month. Free Panera bagels on some Tuesday of the month.The gym is always clean, the staff is friendly. The only downside is the lack of free weights. This gym is perfect for the common crowd who simply wants to lose weight and get fit, it's not for body builders.I recommend the black card membership.

I paid for the Black Card, I was promised a tour of the facility. I got nothing but a Hello and Have fun on my first trip ever, Bad first experience. They didn't take me seriously as an 18 year old. Not the kind of treatment I expected especially because I'm paying for the more expensive service.

This place is always busy inside lots of females, and males, younger crowd, but also couple's, and married people go there, seems to be a lot of Mexican people or Spanish mostly. Everyone working out. There is security outside ao your cars and yourself should be safe. It's a pretty good place from what I've see, I walk by it daily.

Customer Service sucks, workers act as if they don’t want to be there it irks me, but the gym is okay kind of small.

Not to many people at time I go so its nice. No waiting time for cardio machine cause they have plenty of them
