This gym is filled with zombies who just play on social media and take up the very few cheat machines and free weights. Yikes. They just sit there and veg out. Do some working out please. It’s been 15 minutes and the guy hasn’t moved.

I workout at the Frisco on Preston dr location, generally early morning. Great vibe, staff is friendly and they keep the place very clean. I go 5-6 days a week and I just turned 60. Helps to keep me young.

Just wanted to brag on an employee, Margaret is a hard working employee. The facility is clean, and she is always busy doing something. She is very helpful too.

Please leave politics out of the gym! Today, 7 out of the 10 TVs were on FOX network. The message this gym sends is "We want you to succumb to our political view point." FOX intentionally focuses on crimes committed by Black and Brown Americans. I'm so sick of trying to have a workout and seeing story after story of Black and Brown people committing crimes. If shareholders of Planet Fitness care about its members, it will stop pushing their political agenda on their members.

this location has: all curtains for the showers ✅, newer equipment ✅, paper towels in the bathroom ✅, very clean ✅. many other locations fall short in comparison

Great location! Always have the hottest showers for when my water goes out in the freezes we keep getting in Texas

It's affordable and I love to be able to get a tan, get on the hydro massage and work out all in one place. I do wish there were little shelves in the showers to put your soap on.

I would definitely recommend the Planet Fitness on Preston Rd, in Frisco Texas. The Saturday afternoon/evening front desk staff are friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and willing to assist.The establishment was also very clean and orderly. Keep up the good work!💕

Went there to cancel my subscription.They said it will atleast take 20 minutes to cancel so no need to wait and will get a confirmation within 20 minutes, has been 3 hours- no email confirmation. I left the store because the FD associate said there is no need to wait here and she will handle the rest. Poor Customer service and pretty damn tough to cancel the subscription. Not fair!!
