Incompetent staff, ghetto facility. There was an issue with my Black Card barcode on the app, since I’m in town visiting, they told me that there was nothing they could do, I wasn't allowed to use the gym, and they told me to leave the building immediately. Even after I showed 2 employees my contract, they were extremely rude and unprofessional and basically physically escorted me out. Had to go to a different planet fitness to get some actual customer service. Most of the tvs don’t work, the place is just generally trashy. Black card membership basically doesn’t work at this location, unless you’re a local member. I wish I could leave less than a one star review.

It's a lousy gym, I signed up in November and been going ever since and the smell in the bathrooms is horrible, the smell in the gym is horrible, the dirty bathrooms, they smell horrible! the machines many "temporarily out of service" very few machines to exercise, very little space! the person is very kind! And the worst of all is that to cancel my subscription I must pay $58 plus tax plus the month it is running! In other words, a total trap from which to get out you must pay a lot! I'm desperate to cancel and I can't because I have to pay like $100 just to cancel the membership!! it's an absurd robbery!!I just want to cancel my membership and not know more about that gym!! but I have to pay him $100 to be able to do it!! Gentlemen, think carefully before enrolling in this gym

Love them. They are well priced, well managed and friendly. I have been going there for a few years and have been a member and their amenities for the price cannot be beat.

I canceled my membership on December 30th and the gentleman that helped me supplied me with a cancelation form and told me I was good to go with no balance to pay. On January 3rd, I'm hit with the 44 dollar annual fee.The staff tells me that per the contract, there is a 25th of the month cutoff for paying next month's charge, and there's nothing they can do. I get it if they charged me an extra 10 dollars for a month, but to charge me for a 2023 fee is extreme. On top of that, they advised me that I have 0 fees and supplied me with document that states the same. Hitting my account after all that seems like robbery.For a brand that is built around the everyday people and a judgement free zone, they sure are quick to steal money and tell customers to pound sand.Do yourself a favor, Crunch down the street has twice the equipment and space with the same low-cost membership options.

I was a member here and I just want to say that it is not easy to cancel your membership even with the non-contract membership. There were a several times I went in to cancel my membership and I was told their system was down or the manager is not at work yet, etc. They asked me to comeback at a later time. Since I did not live close by anymore and I couldn't cancel over the phone they essentially milked several months of fee out of me.

Oh my gosh. I have been to alot of gyms btwn Louisiana & Texas and this place has everything on one place. Classes, tanning and lots of space. So clean.

The place is very open, always clean, and friendly. Front desk staff members are always helpful and ready to answer any question you might have. This gym has enough space to add more equipment.Edit: the gym has been remodeled and it's getting lots of upgrades. New LED lights throughout and new machines. This remodeling has made going to the gym a better experience!

The gym and staff are good. Only complaint is when I hit the call button on Google Maps for here to see if they could check the locker room for a lost item. Punched in a few numbers to respond to their automated system. Was told my wait would be under four minutes by the system for the first 15 minutes I waited, then the system kept telling me my wait would be under 10 minutes for the final 45 minutes I was on hold. System hung up on me after an hour. That was frustrating.

Staff guy with a nose diamond ring was Extremely rude!!! telling me i couldnt tan before 10:30. Because of a texas law ? Never heard of that.. if you don’t like your job just don’t work in public environment!!!
