Good place to work but it is a small location so anytime after 5pm it can get CROWDED. Sometimes you end up spending most of your work out waiting for a machine to open up.

First of all, lots of convenient parking. Needed to update our membership and handled quickly and friendly. Clean changing area and plenty of lockers available. Most equipment is in good working order and usually available. If not, we just move on to working on another.

Customer service is a joke. This club is a rip off. Wanted to cancel membership and gave me runaround. Canceled after 3 months!! Never used club refused to refund money. Will not recommend. Spoke with Samantha Sandoval customer service manager.In response to direct contact, I have tried calling to clarify dispute. Samantha is always on a “conference call”, I have written several emails with no response or call back. I asked for cancelation of membership, got phone call from Samantha to confirm cancelation and it was not. The transparency is a joke and the use of the word family is disgraceful. The people who work there are dishonest and show no accountability for there actions.

I am constantly impressed by the customer service at this gym. These associates go above and beyond with their service. I've been going here everyday for the past few months. They have gained me access to a cubby that I have locked myself out of, and additionally helped find my car key which fell somewhere within the premises. I really do feel a sense of community within this gym which has me continue to come back. Thanks you all!

If I could give negative review I would... I went to work out there the other day & they were spray cleaning the mats... during the day, while people were working out, chemicals in the air as we are trying to breathe deep for oxygen. While I appreciate cleanliness there is absolutely NO reason to do this during open hours. Heavily breathing in chemicals is not healthy!

I had a year contract though I didn’t realize freezing my membership would extend it. That’s fine. I wasn’t told the details about freezing my membership but perhaps I should’ve tried to seek more information on it.The main issue was the multiple charges that continued after I canceled the membership. I was not in the area for school, but my entire family’s membership was paid under my parent‘s account. She should have had complete authority to cancel a membership.The first time I tried to cancel my membership before leaving, but I was turned away as there was no manager there on the weekends. That’s okay.The second time, my parent went and was told they’d cancel it. When the charge came, she came a third time where they said they now required my signature. By then, they had charged us another annual fee.They charged us 3 additional times after we were told the account was closed and I don’t include the cancellation fee. It took more time to finally get a refund. I will never go here again.

Called to cancel my membership because the gym's hours don't align with my work schedule. Was informed when I called to cancel that there is a 30 day cancellation window and because I missed it by two days that I was obligated to pay them another month's fees. Refused to pay for something that I'm not going to be using. Now constant calls and threats to send me to collections not to mention threats to reactivate my membership and keep adding charges to my account if I dont update my billing information with them. Great way to treat people who have used your service. I wouldn't be cancelling if your gyms were open later. Not all people, especially healthcare workers work 9-5 jobs.

Look at the reviews all this Gold's Gym only cares about money. Will try to stop you from cancelling and will try to charge the customer as much as they can. Just read the 1 star reviews pretty much all related to payment and billing games they keep playing. Bad company. Bad business. No wonder Arnold Schwarzenegger refuses to go to Gold's Gym now. No masks in a closed environment with people breathing hard all over the place. Great idea. Not. This company deserves to go out of business.

This please has terrible customer service. I asked for cancel my membership since this September. However, they never cancel my membership at all. these last 3 months, I've tried everything to cancel my membership but the manager and employees just ignore my request, email. I even left my phone number to the front but they just said they will contact me later. Now they said I have to pay for cancellation fee to cancel my membership. even though it wasn't my fault. I felt they just kind of discriminate me. I never recommend this gym.
