Every chuze always friendly helpful staff. Almost perfect the weight room the cinema, classes are highly recommended. In the wet area No chairs and No chaise lounge available for clients to sit and relax except two benches which is not nearly enough because they put their bags on it.

Thank you HUY his customer service was amazing i had my membership for a since Feb 2021 i wasnt able to go not even once due to my sons speech delay and my other sons autism diagnosis since im full of therapy appointments and school for him. However he was able to help me and referred to my son as to being on the spectrum which means alot thank you HUY!

I tried canceling during covid and apparently they have been charging me this entire time. 24 hour fitness is a superior gym anyways and I would not bother signing up with Chuze again.

Absolutely horrible. An employee berated me for 5 mins for being late on my 4th day joining for kid care pick up and it was proven I wasn’t late. It was 1.5 hrs we can do 2. She didn’t care she let me have it. When I tried to cancel membership because I don’t want my kid there they ended up charging me for that highlighting my contract regardless of what the employee did unless I had a doctors note. Bye
