Great gym, staff, and members

Love this gym and the staff are very nice BUT PLEASE CAN YOU REGULATE THE PARKING LOT! I drove around for 25 mins!!!!! Waiting for a spot ! All the spots in front of the building should be planet fitness parking only !!especially for females , there’s so many weirdos hanging out in the parking lot. If TALLGRASS can do it why can’t you guys? In fact a section of the lot should only be gym parking. NO RODEO PARKING PLEASE 🙏🏼

Friendly staff, not too crowded when I was there.

The facility itself is fine but they few times I've been here the staff definitely all act and look like they hate their jobs.

The employees put effort in keep the place clean. Give them a raise !! This gym is worth the small monthly fee. Unless you need glamorous place to just workout

Eduardo is consistently very friendly and kind. (5 stars for him.) Some of the other staff are very friendly as well.Mia, the assistant manager at this location is incredibly rude and distespectful. She doesn't talk to you, she talks at you. My first encounter with her was when she failed to greet me and barked at me to make sure I had suitable footwear next time. I also referred a friend through the referral link last week and didn't see the referral promo reflect in my app. She cut me off several times as I tried to explain that I already emailed management 4 days ago about this issue and didn't get a response. She insisted that I make a separate trip in to discuss the next day because they were closing up shop and then proceeded to walk away before closing out the conversation. Her excuses pretty much amounted to "my hands are tied" and I'm not interested in resolving it. I was simply asking for her to troubleshoot and reply to my email. Courtesy and respect seemed beyond her capability.With regard to the facility itself, the hours have been cut (regardless of how many members are present at closing time). I think this is the solution for not being adequately staffed. Similar to the other posts, paper towel is out at many spots. One can only assume how clean the site is if the the dispensers aren't properly supplied. The hot water in the showers are hit or miss. You might have to test out a few to see where you can comfortably shower.

Not open 24 hours due to low member usage at night, If you want it open late you have to use it.3% of members went at night.So i was told.Great location when its open.

I’m giving them a 1 star because starting February 13 they are complete charging their hours from 24 hour gym to 5am to 11pm! Like seriously the reason I like planet fitness is because it’s 24 hours!! So frustrated that they decide to change their hours. Management needs to keep it 24 hours at least through Monday-Thursday like most planet fitness do.
