I am very excited for this location as it’s so close to home. The only thing I’m concerned about is the lack of attention the black card spa has. The girl today was more attentive to the phone and just had people sign in but she did not give a token nor did she direct people to the hydro massage or the massage chairs. People were literally arguing as to who was next and what hydro massage was for them. I was so confused. Very disorganized, the team needs more training on customer service. I had to let a customer know that the massage chairs were finally available, that’s not my job. Someone needs to monitor this area for a smoother experience.

I was impressed with the level of customer service that I was given at this planet fitness by Scottie. She went the extra mile to bring up my records and give me the information I needed to fix my account. not to mention the fact that I have been signed up for two weeks and had not been given this level of customer service by any of the other planet fitness gyms so she was the first one to really help me with my account . I’ve been a member of a few gyms like ChuzeFitness ( Westminster Mall), Crunch (HB), 24 hr fitness ( Westminster), and most favorite CrossfitInversion (Anaheim). This gym is ok for beginners and maybe for moderate people who like to workout. It has weights, but not to heavy. My boyfriend comes here once in a while and prefers his gym, Crunch, over this gym due to the weights. I like it because it is 24 hrs and i can bring him along. It is a good price for the machines it has. The staff is friendly, only thing that I got use to was that Chuzefitness is extra on friendliness and welcomes everyone by name. The times I have come here the bathroom isn't checked regularly, thus water is spilled on the floor and around the sink. Sometimes ppl forget to flush the toilet which is kind of gross. I have not use their showers yet, but their is no extra room to change, so you'll see ppl change in plane view or in the handy-cap restroom. I became a member here because I was paying a lot at crossfit and I purchased a new car. The location is convenient for me because it is close to home. The price is reasonable for me. It is 24 hr, so I can come in Saturday or Sunday nights which I couldn't with the other gyms because some closed at 7pm. It isn't as packed at the times i come which is at 9pm or 5:30 am. One thing i was upset was that i can not use my jump-rope in there which i had no problem in the other gyms. Another thing is that the paper towels isn't checked regularly to the time i go at night. It's ok if it happen once but almost every other day it does get irritating since once pays for the annual fee. Overall, its an OK gym to be a member of.

I am so glad the staff observes the gym policy and doesnt allow people talking on their phones on the gym floor. Thank you for looking out for those who pay to work out here with no judgment or distractions. They could always politely go to the lobby if you need to talk on the phone. Also the staff here is very nice and friendly and obviously doing their job so thank you!!! And the phone talking lolly gagging people could please just stay at 24 hour fitness we dont need you clogging up the gym while only going to be on your phone.

I found this Planet Fitness purely by mistake, but I am sure glad I did. I just happened to have been visiting someone who lives in Stanton, not far from this gym and on my way home one night I drove down Beach Blvd, and there it was. So the next time I visited my friend I decided to go in on my way home. And since I have a Planet Fitness Black Card Membership, I can go to any Planet Fitness.This gym has only been open for 1 month and it shows. All the equipment looks brand spanking new. It was pretty late at night, and I had the gym almost all to myself. It was a very pleasant experience.

I use to be a member at 24 but when my membership expired, I started looking for a cheaper alternative. Found this place. It's new so the equipment is in good shape. I go in the morning and so far, not nearly as crowded as 24 and the staff and other members seem very nice. They are constantly cleaning the equipment so that's a good sign. I highly recommend this place. BTW, it's is 24/hr, from what i hear, 24 is no longer 24.

I seriously have missed the gym, and I swear planet fitness is the cleanest out if the 3 big gyms I've used. Employees are knowledgeable and they make sure you are greeted and welcomed, and if they see you leaving they try to say goodbye as well. I know it's a little thing, but I am so glad they chose to reopen.

I'm really glad Raymond Ma posted. He did a great job of the write up and convinced me not to go there. I am a current member of 24 hour fitness in Westminster and have no reason to leave except that the new Planet Fitness is closer to my house. Now, for all the reason Ma mentioned, I will not be checking it out. Of course I'm on my cell, who isn't watching a movie or listening to music on the treadmill. I love the fact the 24 fitness can waive and change fees when deemed fit, and yes, I agree with him that if it is franchised owned, there ought to be some flexibility in pricing. Bottom line, above all, they should not have charge for the next month two days before the current billing cycle was to end.It's posts like this that need to be written and read. His daughter should have been allowed to sit there peacefully reading. Shame on you Planet Fitness. You just got crossed off my Saturday to do list. I was actually looking forward to it, but with the lack of 'customers come first' attitude, I'll gladly drive the distance to 24 hour fitness.

An awesome new gym - very well done.Very clean in the gym and locker rooms. Great selection of machines - and each machine has an individual telly, which is rare to find and much appreciated. It's a great gym.My only, only ding is not really towards the gym itself but the plaza - while I do appreciate that the plaza has security, they can be a bit obnoxious/overzealous.

Love this new location. So close to my house. A very good selection of equipment to choose from. And I especially love the fact that it's 24 hours every day of the week. I would've given a 5 star rating if the staff was a little friendlier. They arent enthusiastic they don't even act like they're happy that you're a member. It just seems like they don't really care about anything. Not a staff that you want working in your brand new location They definitely aren't going to get any people to sign up with their attitudes. It's a good thing I was already a member.
