Great group! Great people! I love this group it’s just a bunch of down to earth people from across the country with one common goal. Everyone is very supportive. I’ve yet to read one negative comment since joining weights&plates. I also love inputting my journey into the group as I’ve had so many tell me to keep going and how I motivate them. If there have been any day I didn’t want to workout well let me tell you, it only take one clip to this group and there’s always someone working hard and instantly now I’m ready to go to the gym...... Keith is the best trainer I have ever had! He knows just the point to push you to your limit, but not push too far. Not only am I trained while I am with him, but I get lots of tips on exercises I can do on my own time to get to my goal. Always very flexible as I have a crazy work schedule. I drive an hour each way just to train with him. I wish I could post pictures to show how much progress he has helped me achieve in just a few months. Always willing to help me out, give advice or help me make better food choices. And he did this before he ever officially trained me. This man has a true passion and gift for what he does and it shows in his work. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Keith for looking at me and seeing a female that wants to be strong and healthy and never holding back on me and for knowing somehow that, yes... I am indeed strong enough to lift that!
