If you think you need to learn to protect yourself and family, you are correct. This is the place to do that. At FTF you get to be around positive people, get fit and feel great. Works wonders for your attitude! The staff is first class. This is the place to experience personal growth! DB

Our son has gone here for about five years, and he actually WANTS to go several times a week. There are adult classes at the same times as the kid classes, and right in the next room. Top notch classes, instructors, and facility. We love FTF!

I decided to "try" a few free classes at the FTF Gastonia Open House in January. To be honest, I have worked at a gym facility for 10 years but haven't worked out in over a year so I was looking for something different, not your everyday run of the mill gym. Well let me tell you ..... FTF is absolutely my favorite place (and my daughter's too). There is something for EVERYONE!! My favorite classes are they defensive options and the heavy bags. My daughter loves the Ju Jitsu. The staff is amazing and the atmosphere is fun. We won't go anywhere else. We have found our place and I think you will too!!
