Amazing gym, nice equipment and nice people! It’s interesting how they have different types of gyms all around what seems to be like a shopping mall which is primarily Hi-Tone Fitness. Highly recommend

Switch to HiTone recently, and it was the best decision I ever made. They have every machine I need, and benches and squat racks. Very nice and clean gym.

Trying to cancel is a nightmare. Don’t listen to their sales tactics either because they lie and just put you off to a third party who does all their billing. I signed up here specially to be able to workout and be left alone, instead their staff interrupts me during my workout on a regular basis to ask if my friends will sign up or to tell me they have water bottles up front?? How hard is it to just leave someone alone? I don’t see any of the males in the gym being interrupted mid workout. I’d rather go get lunk alarmed at a planet fitness for the rest of my life.Response to Owner: yes, please stop charging my card for services I have told you multiple times did not meet my standards. I should t have to keep paying after I told you ONE WEEK after signing up that it wasn’t right for me. Your team told me I could cancel since my address was in Huntersville and that turned out to be untrue so the least you can do it act in good faith and stop charging me when I haven’t been to your gym since week one.

I recently joined HiTONE after searching far and wide for a gym that offered group classes as well as a gym with all the necessities. I was greeted by an amazing group of individuals (AB, Nelson, and Lee just to name a few) who have all been wonderful in answering my questions and supporting my fitness goals! I highly recommend HiTONE if you are looking for an affordable and a 24 hr accessible fitness experience.

they have great staff that are professional and always keeping customers first. They keep a clean, sanitized gym and I would highly recommend this gym. “AB” the gym manager is always helpful and tries every way he can to make your workouts and gym time more enjoyable. This man deserves a raise!

Great facility! For me personally the location literally can’t be beat; it is 6 minutes from my house. Having the 24/7 access plan is awesome. I work late many days and have 2 daughters so working out in the evening isn’t an option. Being able to go in at 4am is amazing, plus it’s nearly empty then! Staff is always super friendly and happy to answer any questions I have.

Nice gym with nice amenities. Been going there on and off for a few years. This is my last time using this gym bc of the new way of canceling the membership. They now use a third party to handle their payment/membership service and I was told I have to pay two more times before the cancellation takes effect. They told me I agreed to do that when I signed the contract. I told them I signed the contract before they started using this company and they said there is a generalized statement saying that they can use whatever third-party business and we have to comply with their policies. Super annoying and it’s the main reason I won’t return.

Gym is real small but it's not crowded. Tanning and sauna are only accessible when staff are on duty. Price is a little high compared to planet fitness but you have 24/7 access.

Low key loved this gym. Lately it’s turned into a night club with graphic music turned up to an anxious level of volume. If I can’t hear my AirPod pros on max….😬 May find new gym if this continues. …

New to this gym. Love that they have equipment I’ve been looking for in a gym. My first time and night at the gym it was/is beyond hot, stuffy and not ventilated enough to workout out comfortably. Was not able to complete all my reps/sets without getting dizzy. Please cool it down in there at night.
