The instructors are great! They bring the Les Mill releases to life. Also people who work at the desk and a few of the instructors often call me by name.

The staff is very friendly and most helpful. Carol explained that the YMCA app provides a quick way to view and enroll in the classes. The distance between machines and cleanliness provides a safe environment. Everyone wears a mask while inside and working out. Good to return on a regular basis.

What a lovely YMCA experience! Everytime without fail, I am greeted warmly by the front desk staff and again greeted warmly by the lifeguards at the pool. The lifeguards also look me in the eye and thank me upon my exit for coming to swim there today. What a difference their kindness makes! This poor world needs a huge dose of what they do so well at the Stowe YMCA. They treat their members with humility, respect, caring and kindness--a beautiful reflection of good management who've prioritized YMCA values in action--despite the circumstances we're in.
