Mountainside Fitness Gilbert

I've been going to Mountainside for years. For the past year I have had both Trevor and Shannon as trainers, and it's been a game changer for my health! They also have great classes. Mountainside has been great for my kids, also. They love coming to their daycare! We will continue to come here for many years to come!

I love going here! The people are SUPER nice.

Everyone is friendly, my brother always has fun in the kids area and they have all kinds of different exercised to try out! I love working out at mountainside fitness!

I feel that the mountainside Gilbert location is my favorite and that's why I frequent this location..I visited this location yesterday and noticed extra effort and energy was put into refreshing of towels and cleanliness of the locker room..thank u management because that's important to me. Thank you for also keeping the eucalyptus bottle filled.

Love coming to this Mountainside. The vibe here is always positive and driven. Everyone is here to work, the staff is really friendly. The equipment is always clean and in working order. The only gripe I have is they need more 45’s. Other than that this place is way out of my way but I’ll come here every time to get my lift.

The General Manager called me immediately the next day and offered to make it right - Updating review for his professionalismJillian is the rudest associate I have ever encountered at Mountainside. I have 12 guest passes and she took away one and tried to charge me $10 to bring my guest in. I asked her to explain that to me because the whole point of having a guest pass, was to be able to bring guests in. She told me no one could work out for free and everyone had to pay. She was extremely combative, aggressive and rude. The young man she was training was nothing but respectful and polite, and should not be trained by someone who has not poor customer service. When I left, I called my normal Mountainside and they confirmed I should not have been charged for a guest when I had a guest pass. I went there for the duration of my work out, and I brought my guest without an issue. This situation would’ve been completely different if she was just nice and not rude and not argumentative.

In comparison to other commercial gyms, local or otherwise, Mountainside has the most variety & best equipment.

I LOVE this location! Great machines and not too busy! Walker was very helpful at the MCafé!

Very poor customer service. Illegally overcharged me then told me my only options was to “try my chances with corporate but they’re hard to deal with”There are good honest gym options. This is not one of them.

The gym is clean and has plenty of machines and free weights. I love that they have a steam room.
