The night crew & kids zone crew are awesome but this location takes FOREVER to fix anything. The Sauna has been broken for over a month! Its disappointing coming and having a bomb workout and not being able to finish with a hot sauna moment. & now the bball court is broken too?! Maintenance or who ever is in charge needs to be consistent with fixing their equipment. This gym isnt that big to have almost everything broken. I love coming to this Eos as its just up the road from my home but it sucks having to deal with these issues especially when I'm paying for a membership 🙃

I question the integrity or competence of this gym. When I tried to cancel my membership earlier this year, it took 2-3 calls for them to actually cancel the membership which cost me 2-3 months of fees that shouldn't have been taken. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and just let it go. When my son talked to the front desk to tell them he was going to the Army 2 months ago and wanted to cancel, again, they continued to charge my credit card and when I called, they said there's nothing on the notes about cancellation. I'm thinking it's a practice for them to make the member call multiple times to cancel before they actually do anything in order to get a few more months of fees. Shady.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I have been twice in this location and both times literally everybody were taking pics and videos in the men’s locker room, without even taking care if someone could appear naked. I had to move to avoid to appear naked in one pic/video. People were doing that directly on the mirrors with the sign that it’s not allowed and against the law. So following the other signs that say to report this kind of behavior, I politely went to the front desk to tell them my experience to see if they could do something about it. The person there called JANISE, in middle of my explanation, totally ignored me and moved to start talking to another person. I have never felt so disrespectfully treated in my life. I can’t understand how so rude person can work in a front desk. I think authorities should now that the law is not respected here and that the people in charge don’t do anything to avoid it.

Teach your employees to turn on the subtitles in the movie theater it’s not rocket science. On top of that, the volume is always so low you can barely even hear the movie.

It’s the closest one to my house but has more than 3 months with the abduction machines out of service and they take a long time to give service to the machines. Most of the cable machines are also very stiff when pulling them.
