It's a larger sized gym and there are a wide variety or machines and free weights but the only issue I have here is that I can NEVER find parking. If you want to come at a less occupied time I suggest after 7 pm and before 3pm. The gym is 24hrs so if you really want to avoid any hassle of circling the parking lot for 15 to 20 minutes avoid those times I mentioned.

Peak times is insanity. The bathrooms are usually needing to be mopped the sauna is unpleasantly small an wheelchair accessible bathrooms are forever closed an needing to be fixed.It offers a lot an has its own version of an in body scanner with great trainers but the overall upkeep needs work

My friend just bought a second guest pass AT THIS LOCATION with the lady at the front desk completely understanding that the second guest will be working out at this location and not only at; the night we purchased the second guest pass the gym was almost at full capacity, and the lady at the front desk who helped us purchase our second pass said nothing about my friend purchasing it at this location. However today, another lady is now mentioning that my friend cannot use both guest passes, in which he PAYS for, at this location??? Because it's at over capacity??? Not to mention the gym right now is only at less then a third capacity compared to how it was the night we bought the second pass. Not only that, but the lady at the front desk tonight said he didn't pay for the second guest pass and she only believe us when we pulled up the receipt of the payment from 5 days ago. Why is the fact he paid for a second guest pass not notified in the system when she checked?? Why is this information that my friend cannot bring in a second person WHICH HE PAID FOR AT THIS LOCATION now brought to our attention when this previously was not an issue when we purchased the second guest pass only 5 days ago??? If we knew this would be such a hassle my friend would have never bought the second guest pass considering this is the only location we plan to gym at. This service is so unprofessional considering he wasted money to use a second guest pass he can no longer use at this location. Is this information even mentioned in the policy he initially signed for? Because before signing the policy he was never mentioned once that he is not allowed to bring in more one guest at this location even though he is capable of purchasing for two guests.

Really great environment to work out. The owner takes a great hands on approach to running the club, and has a great relationship with all of his customers. If you’re looking for somewhere to work on your fitness, look no further!!

Joeseph G. is very welcoming and knows how to make newcomers, comfortable in the gym atmosphere. He's a very great worker and knows how to help me with any questions I have at the gym, if I have any. I appreciate his work ethic and I'm thankful for workers like him.

I began having a wonderful experience here at EOS! And Jacobi is amazing he was my personal trainer. I signed up for the contract because I really wanted get fit and begin a healthy lifestyle for myself. Unfortunately, I was not able to keep training with Jacobi he was promoted and great great him! But I wasn't reached out by other trainers. I tried scheduling a time with anyone else, all their schedules were full or they couldn't meet up with me. I was still being charged the $325 every two weeks even though I didn't have a trainer. I tried seeing if I can just get my money back because when I signed that contract it was so that coul continue pursuing my goal. But unfortunately that didn't happen, so I can't give this place 5 stars.

Just moved to Phoenix from ATL. My 17yr son loves to play basketballThese guys wanted me to pay $20 at for a onetime day pass at 7pm. Most places offer a guest pass to see if like to ever join as new member. The gym a is half court. 👎 the place is overcrowded already so I guess my money doesn't matter. Guess we don't belong here. No worries we no when we not welcome. # Mrtoo2tall tv.

Just got off the phone with Jaclyn Deluna to cancel my membership. I’ve never spoken to someone who was so kind and didn’t make canceling a membership the worst possible experience. She was prompt and submitting the cancelation without pressuring me to stay or making it a strenuous process of transferring me in an endless hold loop. If I ever live near an EOS I will definitely come back just based on this experience.

The equipment is all very new, and they have pretty much anything you could ever want; weights, strength machines, cardio machines, battle ropes, weighted sleds, sandbags, kettlebells....if you use it, chances are they've got it. Paper towel machines always seem to be broken, but that's pretty minor.Unfortunately, this place is a victim of its own success, because for 20 hours out of the day, it is so packed with people that you can't use anything. I've tried coming in the morning, noon, and evening, and the situation is always the same: way too many people. Be ready for constant disruptions of your workout routine by having to wait several minutes for a machine while the person sitting on it finishes up the text message they're typing. It's awesome that this place seems to be doing so well, just not so great for people like me who want to get in, do their workout and get out.As far as I know, the staff is great. And if you dont care about the flow of your workout, then this is the place for you. But if you're like me, and don't like extending your superset rest-times by 5 to 10 minutes because you're in a line of people waiting to use something, go somewhere else.
