This place is terrible. The only good thing about it is their ONLY decent and always pleasant employee, Dennis Hill. The “trainers” are a joke. If you want your body to get damaged, hire one of these certified jokes that got “certified” from Pinterest & don’t look like they’ve lifted anything heavier than a gallon of milk & even that is being generous.Dennis is the only useful 5 star happy enthusiastic employee that seems to genuinely care and know anything about fitness. ALWAYS greets you with a smile and positive energy. All the other employees… ZERO stars. They speed around the parking lot and park in the handicap spots, then lazily walk around the gym not doing anything worth earning their paycheck. Stepping over weights on the floor, not filling sanitizer or paper towels because they’re too busy chatting with their buddies and look stoned out of their minds.PS - Ivan is also trash. Ivan the terrible anyone…?AthleanX if you want to follow a genuine certified personal trainer and physical therapist.

The gym is nice, as it should be...it's brand spanking new!!Buuuuut, the pool area isn't maintained properly. Let's start with hair ties; receipts; gum wrappers being left poolside, walking area in front of shower is slippery (potential lawsuit), pool has lots of stray hairs floating around, a strong fishy smell coming from the vents in the pool, and an oil scum ring on the inside of the hot tub about an inch thick. My husband and I use the facilities for physical therapy while managing osteoarthritis, neuropathy, amongst other ailments. We're also subscribed with the Black membership for the recovery room, which is not in service due to upgrades. Can we get some of that back in our membership fees!?I would just like to come into my gym feeling confident in the facilities cleanliness and the staff's ability to maintain it. It seems like staff is there more for the asthetic, than to run a functioning gym.

They have a lot of good equipment but the place is always packed and certain equipment is often broken (especially treadmills). When I got a new debit card my payment was a day late and they charged me an extra 25$ as a late fee. When I cancelled my membership they said they were going to charge me for one more month because they have a 30 day cancellation policy.

Very busy but overall great gym selection and staff. Love the outdoor area. Yoga was amazing as well. Looking forward to the rest of the amenities

Kids club staff are amazing, they do their job well and Jazmin welcomed me and my kids when we first began going with a lot of kindness. She made them comfortable and has patience for them!

I HAVE HEART problems I keep calling and telling them to put my membership on hold. They said they do and every mo th I am being charged the full amount. When they already know I am unable to use the membership until I heal from surgery. I don't tell my friends ot family about this gym. In fact I told to never go here. I went to let everyone know if you go here and unable to use your membership Like they say they will still charge you and its not the 5 fee they say. It's the whole membership fee. Just be careful when signing up with them.

Only problem i would give this gym is that it doesn't have superior equipment. Yes there equipment is new but I've been to other eos were the equipment is way better and better options to choose from. And it only has 1 smith machine. Besides that it's very nice, would rather drive a few miles more to use better equipment though. Would recommend to have a survey asking members what kind of equipment they would like to see.

Kids club is amazing, my girls love it there and always speak about Jazmin and how much they like spending time with her in kids club. Makes my life less stressful to go get a good workout knowing they have someone and a place to feel comfortable

This is a new location, so most of the equipment is new. They also have a really nice sauna and locker room. The downsides are that this location is always really crowded. If you are mid way between this location and another one, you would do better to pick the other location. I also think this location has the least friendly staff. They simply stare at you when you come in which feels a bit awkward at times.

I’m honestly at a loss for words, I went in on January 4th at 1120am. Nervous as is, and my anxiety is so bad it’s taken me years to work up the nerve to even go to a public gym so I brought my sister. I signed up for the blue pass but wanted to upgrade to the black one so she could come with me. I got the black pass upgraded but couldn’t even make it past the front counter to continue with my work out and left in tears after my experience at the front counter. I have never in my life felt more stupid, there was 2 males and a girl with black hair. Each of them was distracted, laughing and talking and I could feel their laughing at my difficulty to understand what they were asking of me. They were all leading me in different directions & made the whole experience humiliating. They were glancing at each other and laughing the whole time & made me feel so incompetent. What an awesome first time experience at a gym. I’m bummed that this is my first experience at EŌS and the one closest to my home. I’ll try a different one, and if I have the same experience there I’ll just cancel the whole membership.
