Ariana is a wonderful asset to your organization. Not only is she welcoming and efficient at the front desk, but when I told her there was a large puddle of water in the women’s locker room, she said she’ take care of it immediately and she did.

Most Eos gyms I've been to have been packed. This one is no exception, but there's a a lot of equipment. I have found myself having to work sets in with people, but that's not too bad. I'd definitely recommend this location.

My younger sister when to this gym with her friend to start her fitness journey excited and eager to start, only to be left DISAPPOINTED and DISCOURAGED by the manager Alex who is also a trainer there. He tried pushing her into a membership (which she didn’t want, she was only trying to dip her toes into working out with a one time visit ) which he somehow thought her saying no she doesn’t want one meant yes and prepped her paperwork- and then kept trying to push her and her friend to have a personal trainer which is out of their budget and then HE continued to question her friends ability to help her with her knowledge and made them feel uncomfortable. Who does that. I have never signed up for a membership at a gym and had an employee question me if I knew what I was doing. Which resulted in my sister not wanting to start her fitness journey and cancelled the membership that she didn’t even want to start since it was supposed to be a one time visit. So unacceptable. If you’re going to be a manager set your gym ego to the side. It’s one thing to see someone actively working out with incorrect form and then correct them but it’s another thing to see two vulnerable women getting out of their comfort zone to start a fitness journey to only be questioned first if they can do it on their own and leave them defeated.

Megan is the worse representative to talk to she is so rude and she did nothing to help when a member ask for help About my membership and about the gym most of the time the Jacuzzi is not working bathrooms are Under cleaning call Maintinance Also I’ve been watching members are not cleaning after them and the maintenance people just wandering around to chatting there and do the sanitizing as it supposed to be specially of these days I asked to talk to her manager she refused to transfer me and disconnected the call. Scammers and very bad customer service. This will be reported to the corporate office

I came to eos from vasa because of the hours. First thing I noticed that I love is all of the benches in front of the dumbbells are bolted to the floor. Also they have twice as many dumbbells than vasa. They do have a lot of machines but I haven't explored them much yet.

I went into this location today to inquire about a membership for my son and I. Michael Villaescusa assisted me with my membership. What a great guy! He was very personable, great attitude and he really made me feel comfortable about my journey to a healthier lifestyle. He showed me all around the facility & even set me up with a little 10 minute massage which I thought was very considerate! I was very impressed with Michael, what a sweetheart! I also wanted to give a huge compliment to Alex Urias, he is a fitness manager, he was so awesome! I was interested in a personal trainer and curious to know what that all entailed, Alex, just like Michael answered my questions & got me set up with a personal trainer once a week to assist me on this new journey. I was just so impressed with Alex & Michael, this entire experience today was great and I highly recommend anybody joining EOS it's a great company, especially the facility on 59th & Thunderbird!

This location has the slowest workers ever. & I don’t mean physically slow, but mentally. I canceled my membership and they still charged me. So I went in to talk to a manager to make sure my membership is canceled. He confirmed it is canceled….. And I’m still getting charged. 🤦🏽♂️ …

This is the only gym I've seen with so much space in between machines. Usually machines are very close together, but here you get lots of room. My only mark against them is the LifeFitness stair machines. I wish they had the actual Stairmaster as those machines have longer steps and are a lot more sturdy. The pool has a bit of tinting on the window to provide some privacy. I think the best part is the Hydro Massage beds. It's worth going out of the way to use these. They are heated, go from neck to heel, and have pressure levels. This makes this the best EoS so far.
