New update: some of the machines are broken, the paper towels are also broken, and the outside gym is gross. Old review: I want to submit a file complaint about the gym location. I felt pressure and lead into getting the personal training. I originally only wanted the 7-day pass and the grey membership, but they (general manager and fitness manger) kept on hard selling me the personal training sessions without me realizing it. The reason for this is that I have a deafness disability (hard of hearing and they were quiet in a loud room) and didn't follow along quickly, which took me off guard. I told my personal friend about this and he told me to cancel it (full refund) which I did because he is/used to be a person trainer at different gym company, and said that he would help me at a different gym with a better membership (deals). Which is the main reason why, especially during a time where everything is expensive, financial reasons. Plus, the login username, I had a hard time logging in (member login) and tried to get a request "username" through email, but it never showed up. I told the general manager through email, phone, and in person that I wanted cancel (full refund) the grey membership and the personal trainer in a respectful manner in a calm monotone voice. However he kept on hard selling their membership (aggressive and pressuring manner), and I still said no with respect. The manager got mad, and left in the middle of the conversation and said I'LL CANCEL IT while walking away unprofessional. The guy never canceled it, I was in the right to have the full refund because it was within the 3 day grace period, and the manager even knew about it. I am extremely mad and this should be a scam. They're still NOT canceling the membership and personal trainer. Awful customer service, they will manipulate you into something that you don't want.

Gym has great facilities such as dry saunas in both male and female locker rooms. The massage chairs are a great addition. The problem lately is broken down equipment for long periods. The men's dry sauna is always down. It's been down for a week now. Love this place but do think the upkeep can improve. Even if a busy location.

Looks like im not the first person to have a problem with management here. The general manager I delt with was named Michael and he was COMPLETELY unhelpful. Had an attitude and was rude. Also this gym is always packedCame at 930pm on a Friday thinking id have my choice of machineNopeBros having a backpack by the benches but not using them.People everywhere. Felt like christmas shopping on black fridayI willl say this EOS is incredibly clean. So those staff do a good job, but im canceling my membership. Gonna go to a gym with management that is actually EMPATHETIC. And not packed 24/7

After joining gym after gym this one has to be my favorite by far. The staff are always very friendly and willing to help out, and when I walk through the front door they even take the time to remember my name. I like that kind of personal touch.I have also been working with Justin Emelite for a few months now and I don't think I could have asked for a better trainer. He is always upbeat and encouraging. He is always willing to explain why he is having you do something and I really like that. He helps you learn why you are doing something instead of just expecting you to do whatever he says.

What a absolutely rude place, went into this gym a few nights ago. Accidentally spilled something on a chair. Went to the front desk to ask for a rag to clean it up, After asking the front desk clerk for something to clean my mess. Anthony looked at me like i was a terrible person for asking to clean something up, and insinuated that I didn’t have a gym membership, after trying to ask what the hostility was, he told me to leave. I could only assume, that the hostility was because of my color. Otherwise there was no reason to be hostile. If you are, looking for friendly gym this is not it. As some one that works in law enforcement, I am absolutely dissatisfied for the treatment I received in this gym.

I've been coming to this EOS location since the day it opened. I can truly say that every employee, trainer, and sales rep has treated me with genuine kindness and respect. Two very special ladies that work the front desk, who, always make me smile/laugh and make me feel extra special when I come in are LaQuita and Emalee. Both these ladies have a heart of gold and treat every single person that walks in like they're family. On a scale of 1-10, these ladies are a 20 with customer service.

Michael showed us around and helped sign us up. He was so friendly and helpful. Way more amenities than our previous gym and cheaper too. Overall pretty impressed with the price and value.

If you’ve never been in an EOS gym before, prepare to be wowed. They have state of the art machines of all kinds. Swimming pool and hot tub. A really nice movie theatre to watch the movie of the day while doing cardio. They even have a daycare you can sign up your kids 12 and younger, I believe, while you workout. They have personal trainers, separate studios for classes, and have a nice fresh towel service if you want to sign up for that. The one thing I’d like to say as caution is if you like gyms with not too many people in them, then this gym is not for you. It’s a very popular very busy place. But don’t get me wrong, everyone there has been an absolute delight. I don’t feel like I’m being judged when I step through those doors. It’s just a Great motivating place to workout.

Nice facility at a great price-- unfortunately the experience is almost always ruined by other patrons. This is their largest location in the state according to the employees. Sadly, it has some of the worst gym etiquette Ive seen in 20 years of going to different gyms.During the busiest, peak hours of the day, people will place their stuff on three different pieces of equipment and bounce around through half of the gym occupying equipment long enough that 3-4 other people could have finished their exercises. It's almost worse than a gym just being "fine", because the potential to have a great gym-going experience is here, and there's not a whole lot EOS can do about entitled, rude customers, but nearly every day I have to compromise on most of my workouts and settle for a lesser workout routine due to availability (or lack thereof). The heavy usage and bad gym etiquette also means that each week, 3-5 pieces of equipment are broken and out of service. This includes everything: the sauna, treadmills, ellipticals, the massage beds, weight machines, cable towers, etc.All in all, if you can tolerate all of that, technically you CAN workout here.

This location has clearly over-sold their memberships. Way too many people. Earlier today, I watched a girl stand at a machine, with her water bottle on top, for an easy 5 minutes on her phone. Then she just walks away without doing anything aside from ensuring nobody else could use the machine. Looking around, there's a lot of people doing this. This location used to be amazing. You could get a good workout, but now it's like waiting for rides at Disneyland. More people on their phones than on their reps. Better not go in the early evening. Gonna have a bad time and a poor workout. Going to start looking for other gyms.
