I signed up for a membership that had everything included for 20.99 a month including towels. I made sure to verify and clarify this before signup. My statement shows I was charged for the towel service. I spoke to the Gm Corey and he constantly cuts me off, showing he doesn’t care for my side of the story. He then threatens to cancel my membership, I stated that it’s not what I wanted. He then aggressively ask me what do I want to do then? Out of his aggression I fearfully agreed to just have my towel service removed and left his office. I come to this gym to live a healthy life and stay fit. I should not feel or be threatened by any staff members including the Gm. This is not right. Thanks for taking your time to read.

I love this gym! I come here whenever I can but my experience with some of the staff is iffy. I called to freeze my membership and the gentleman was nice but at the end of the phone call I said thank you and he responded with yup and hung up. Funny thing is I saw him today when I came in. I hope he’s not doing it to others.

I am human. I started off with high hopes on using EOS as my gym. The facility is clean, the employees were nice, and I enjoyed the group classes. The personal training was good, just not for me. So I tried to cancel that and then was told I can’t be refunded for unused personal training - ok fine. I’m not happy but it is what it is. I have tried to cancel my regular subscription with EOS since July. I was told in November I would have a refund back dated to July and instead I was charged another $77 in membership fees. I was then told the district manager for the state is the person who “okays” cancellation and refunds. This has honestly been one of the most frustrating experiences with a subscription I have ever had. Don’t sign up unless you are willing to argue for months about canceling. It’s not worth the money or frustration. I still cannot wrap my head around the fact that a single gym cannot take my financial information out of the system if I don’t want to be an active member. I have never run into such an issue.**update — no call backs or refunds. My account was charged another $107.

One of the best Eos gyms I've been to. Staff is amazing. Machines are in good shape and clean. Only thing that might be nice to have is a punching bag

This location is without a doubt THE BEST one in the greater Phoenix area. Large, well equipped with little wait time to use the machine/ free weight of your choice; this is my every Saturday and Sunday spot for fitness.

Please provide more clips for weight bars. Towel service much improved. Thanks Eos!Great value. Nice guest policy. Love the group classes. Not crowded. Only problem: they do NOT clean equipment. Same sticky mess and used paper towels on machines day after day. The don’t provide wet wipes for cleaning, just paper towels and spray bottles.

Love the gym and the space that is offered here as well as the amount of machines and the friendly attitude of every employee that I have had the pleasure to talk to. Earlier today I was having problems with my account and Evald was extremely helpful and attentive sharing information with me about how to best solve my problem and walk me through the steps that I needed to do. Great employees like Evald make sure that I will be coming back time and time again.

I am writing this post to recognize a maintenance worker there named josh. I have been working out at this location since day 1 of opening and since he has started there he has worked very hard. He stays on task and works his butt off. If I was a business owner he would be someone I would want on my team. Thank you for working hard and keeping the place clean. This location is a great spot for anyone to workout thanks to people like him.

When going while we were visiting from Texas we had someone sign us up for a membership for their $1 sign up promotion and we cancelled it on the way out to avoid getting charged their yearly fee. The person who helped us ensured us multiple times that we wouldn’t be charged again after that since we told him we wanted to cancel. I guess he forgot to cancel it and we got charged $160 total later that month. I called and spoke with the general manager and they said they’ll TRY to get me a refund but it’s not guaranteed.

Last week I had a car accident that messed me up pretty bad. Then I remembered seeing the HydroMassage tables at Eos Fitness, and decided to give them a try.I went in barely able to walk, but after trying the massage tables for 20 minutes, I was pain-free! I was shocked and amazed, and have been back there every day since, if only to use the HydroMassage tables.Overall, I have been pleasantly surprised at how satisfied I am with Eos Fitness. I used to belong to a high-end gym in Denver, but I must say that Eos Fitness offers a lot in comparison, for a lot less money. I especially like all the group exercise instructors.Thank you, Eos Fitness, I'm glad I joined your gym!
