Signed up and went one day. No one was wiping down equipment, place was packed, no social distancing, several machines not working...Called and left several messages about transferring my Olive membership to the one on Thunderbird. No one returned my calls, so I stopped membership and still have to pay $60 + monthly fee to quit. Signed up an Planet Fitness and love it.

Will continue to charge you even after you cancel. Signed up for Personal Training but after about 2 months, I felt I was wasting my money and cancelled. But they kept charging me month after month. I had to call them month after month letting them know they charged me yet again. There was always an excuse as to why they "didn't know why" that was happening. They never stopped charging my account, it wasn't until I told my bank what was happening that they stopped paying EOS. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE!!!!!

I recently joined this location. I like it a lot but it tends to get busy in the evening and isn’t as big as other locations. Also, would be great to see some better cleaning done to the machines. Giving a 3 because a lot of the treadmills have caked up dust in the cup and phone holders, really gross to see.

EōS are amazing gyms. This one has the new equipment compared to a couple other ones I have been to. This place definitely has its busy times during the day, but is an awesome place to work out at. Great price too!

I love this gym sooo much! I do personal training here and my personal trainer is very professional and he is very knowledgeable! I love the movie theater room! I have never seen that at a gym before so it was really cool to see! I also love how it’s dark and all the cardio equipment is in there! Please stop playing star wars though...you are killin me. Anyways...love this gym and will keep going here!

Grand opening today!! You could smell the fresh, clean equipments. Plenty new machines at 💯. Customer service on point. Anyone who was working there and made eye contact would ask if I needed any help. …

I prefer this location over 75th. They are so welcoming especially Deionte, he is always making sure that no one enters without being greeted and no one leaves without a “have a great day.” Manners matter, and he’s got it all. All of the staff is constantly cleaning and keeping track of occupancy. I’m so glad they opened back up. Keep it up over there 👍

Too crowded and no enforcement of policies.I started using this gym in October and when I signed up, the place looked really crowded, not enough equipment, too many people and poor layout.It is now January and the usual (I'm going to work out every day this year) influx of "noobs" are here. Unfortunately for me I come in around 4am or 5am and there isn't much equipment free at all. I can only imagine how bad this place gets after work.Moving on to the policies, the gym states in posters and emails that bags are not allowed on the gym-floor, likewise to be courteous of other users and not place your things on equipment you are not using. None of these rules are ever enforced and basically when I do see a free machine or bench there is often someone's bag there and they are going back to it. I will just use the machine or bench and tell them they can work in, however that can lead to conflict for newbies and those unfamiliar with etiquette. This could all be avoided if the employees enforced the policies that they post.The layout needs to be revised to give more room between equipment, in addition the cross-fit area could be reduced to bring in more benches. I've been using gyms for 20 years and I've got to say this is the worst layout I've seen, just too congested.

I would not trust this gym because they can never answer questions about anything. I closed my account with them then they stole 3 months of the membership out of my account. I sent an email and the supervisor said he noticed that and refunded my money and it will take 10-14 business days to get the funds back... 2 month later still no funds back and no more follow ups from this company. I already disputed the transaction to get my money back. Make sure to make sure these guys are double or triple billing you because they are crooks.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SCAM!!Don't get me wrong, I loved my Personal Trainer and the staff were always really nice. That being said, it is not worth it. So many inaccuracies and inconsistencies left me so frustrated and I just wanted to be done, but that was apparently too much to ask for.This is my third attempt at an "immediate cancellation." Of course, when signing up, you are given the false information that an immediate cancellation is always an option. I was charged for two months after canceling (one of those months are supposedly being refunded, hopefully). I had my bank block further transactions, because I was lied to multiple times about not being charged for things they ended up charging me for, and they still found a way!Understand, the facility is nice, staff was cool, just ask for everything in writing, and read over it, multiple times. Don't be stupid like me and take someone (who is trying to make commission) else's word. Please be careful.
