Nice facility, need more workout equipment to handle population. Like the swimming facility, would like to see more work out “G-fit” classes, but have to drive to other facilities to get them, which is okay. Locker rooms and lockers need to be dusted and cleaned out more frequently, lots of “hair noted on floors and showers”. It’s okay staff to say “hello” to customers, would help the vibe of good prosperous place to be at! 😀

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for months and I’m still being charged. Every time I call I get told to leave a message and management will get back to me. It’s been 8 months and nothing has been resolved. If I could give 0 stars for management I would. Very unresponsive, difficult, and dismissive. Unlike there reception desk staff who are very helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist.

It’s a good gym but don’t get why they have have to pressure you into getting the personal training 3 days a week for 408$ dollars and you get charged by weekly so that’s like 816 dollars a month and when you say no they tell you don’t want to work and your body. Not worth it at all had personal training once and it was the worst experience only got to cancel it because I moved to Texas. Plus there’s tons of free workouts on YouTube or google why pay when it’s free.

I really like this location! It gets pretty crowded in the evenings, but they've organized their space the best they can given the square footage. Despite the crowds, I can generally find a machine open that I need or can substitute into my workout routine. The equipment is all very nice, as are the locker rooms.Sometimes the front desk staff seem really bored to be working there which is a little off-putting when they just blankly stare at you as you walk in. But the actual workout experience is amazing so I'll still give this place five stars!

I will be trying another location before I decide to cancel my membership all together. The staff at this location sucks! Nobody can ever give you any answers. When you call in your left on hold minimum 15 minutes. I was somehow signed up for PT. When I spoke to someone about it they assured me the person who signed me up was let go and no longer with the gym. I could care less about that I just wanted to get it canceled but I was told I couldn’t get out of it. So I decided to give a try. 2 sessions no PT showed! I had enough. They said they would get it cancelled 2 months later they’re still taking my money and I have used none of the PT services!! I call to talk to a manager they’re either never there I was told “They may show up at 10 maybe 12 who knows.” or they’re busy. I’ve been a patient person but it’s getting old. I give it 3. Albeit the theatre room is always a crazy mess with mats and equipment everywhere and it is always crazy full they do have a variety of equipment and I do go 4-5x’s a week. The classes I’ve been to are good too.

I feel like some of these people leaving reviews are selfish and don't really understand what it is like for staff working in customer service. These employees deal with customers ALL day and you expect them to be perfect for every single one of them? In all reality no matter how nice these employees are most things are out of their control and they are trying their best. Sierra was really helpful, and solved my issue and guess what.... I didn't have to be mean once :0. Anyways, this location has really sweet staff and if anyone thinks otherwise its probably because they are returning the same energy that was given to them, so fix ya attitude.

I started going here about 6 weeks ago with my friend. The first visit we encountered Sierra, who got us registered. She was friendly and informative. She took us on a tour of the gym. Great experience. We used the pool at the end of our visit. We noticed the showers and bathrooms were not clean. Upon leaving we spoke to the GM and inquired about who cleans and how we found the showers and bathrooms. She said the staff cleans and she would go inspect to see about the cleanliness. We come here almost daily and noticed the cleanliness has NOT improved. Also, not many members wipe down the machines after using them.

Stay away from this place. Especially right now during the pandemic. They got off to a great start after the reopening. Had a good appointment system set up. They decided to do away with it a couple of weeks back. Now the gym is packed 24/7. Standing room only with no social distancing. Whoever manages this location is dropping the ball.

I have been going to the EOS on 59th Ave and Thunderbird, it’s spacious very clean with modern equipment the staff is awesome, accommodating, helpful and professional and also friendly they greet all the guests with a cheerful hello and a smile.Maintenance is meticulously done and that’s not an easy task but important to the comfort of the members working out ,you can tell by the guests in attendance regardless of the hour it’s a great gym with helpful staff and sanitary equipment greatly appreciated with all the covid protocols in place

I stopped going to EōS back in April 2021the front desk are no help at all they’re always on their phone or not even in the front and don’t even say good morning and I also had issues with the Personal trainer . He wasn’t professional and had poor time management skills I would show up on time for my sessions and he was still with his last client making me wait 5-10 minutes . I had an injury not gym related so I wanted to cancel and I spoke to the fitness manager Rowdy and he said they needed a doctors note saying I couldn’t work out in order to cancel , I got them this doctors note and he said it wasn’t good enough , I have yet to have this resolved and Abc financial can’t cancel my membership while I am still in a contract with PT , they are still pulling money out my account even though I stopped going and I just want to be done with EōS . I would love to be contacted about this matter from an above club manager and not an in club manager as I’ve tried multiple times with no help just getting the run around . Thank you
