My homie recently just got hoodwinked into a training program that gave false advertisement. Monetary policies were lied about. This conduct of behavior is reprehensible because now my friend has to pay $70 every 2 weeks. The team member that lied about their policy has been terminated and yet you guys still uphold the same values that that terminated member conveys. I find this ridiculous and extremely inhuman. The incompetence of your facility is unbearable and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come and work out at this trash facility. Do better.

When I signed up I also signed up with a personal trainer 2x a week to ensure I would commit and stay motivated. The team signed me up with Lonnie Hill and OMG! I felt a difference in a week, and I can see a difference in less than a month. I just upgraded to 3x a week. Not just to speed up results but because I love how much fun Lonnie makes my workouts and how good I feel after. Highlights of my week!

The personal trainers don’t fully do their jobs at this location. I see so many people waiting on their personal trainers to finish up talking to regulars out on the floor. While the person who pays a lot of money is wanting to workout and be guided by the trainer. How are the personal trainers going to direct the person if their attention is somewhere else? The trainers waste too much time for the person who is paying for their time. It’s devastating to see personal trainers talking and wasting peoples time and money. Not to mention it is extremely crowded!

Love coming to this gym , great vibes clean gym ! The gentlemen up front from the overnight shift are always polite and helpful ! Great way to start my day !

Worse place in Arizona, They lie to you, I asked for a personal trainer, they told me a different price and that i would cancel whenever I wanted, after 2 weeks I didn’t want to continue and they told me I couldn’t cancel it. they charge me a full month after two weeks of training, be careful if you ever want to get anything there ask them to get everything on paper and make sure it it the same that they are telling you.

As with all my EoS experiences, this fitness center is clean with zero broken machines. Thanks team EoS. We all know it's not fun cleaning up protein spills, picking up used paper towels, or making sure cleaning stations are stocked. For this, thanks!

The cinema for cardio is really cool. Lots of options. Sauna gets crowded. Haven't tried the pool. Probably wouldn't try the pool. But overall a great gym for my young teen son to get used to.

UPDATE 3/3/2023: The district manger Kadeem that responded to my original post is a terrible district manager. I’ve spoken to him in person about problems I’ve had in the past with kids club and he completely disregard anything I had to say. This company needs to do some clean out of these “managers” one is terrible at his job and the other assaulted a member and is still employed. I’m working with corporate and police as I have other members at witness on this matter now.If I could give zero or negative stars I 100% would. I’ve had issues with the kids club since day 1. I’ve spoken with many managers regarding these issues and today had another “manager” get in my face, refused to let me leave the kids gym with my kids and the followed me out screaming at me and get in my face yet again while I was holding my 1.5 year old basically wanting to “fight” me. Took a few guys to get her to back away and a member to speak up saying how wrong this was. All I want to do is cancel my membership and they won’t let me. I won’t back down until this is handled properly. Extremely unprofessional and my children are now afraid. A “manager” 😑

Even though the gym was busy, I never had a problem getting to the equipment I needed. Clean. Friendly staff

Great gym, great vibe, great price and wonderful atmosphere. 5/5 experts recommend. Don’t go Nikon, go Canon EōS.
