I love this place. I am using this amazing gym with only paying $10 a month. There's enough parking lots and various machines. Nice users and staffs make me focused with working out.

Cleanest safest gym in Grand Prairie. I almost hate to post because I don't want this to change. But, I shouldn't be selfish. The fact that there's a women's workout area makes it even better, and there's a theater in the women's area. It would be perfect if it were open on Sundays.

Amazing club! Just about every kind of muscle group machines available. Tons of cardio machines available. I would say 95% of the people inside working out are following the mask guideline. This is a level 5 club and has many amenities that some of the lower tier clubs don't have. For the price this is an amazing club to work out and build your body.

I like it but they only have 2 hammer strength leg presses and, are always busy! Muscle heads keep leaving ridiculous amount of weight on all the equipment so half the time your unloading the equipment so you can work out! People are taking several dumbells at a time and leaving it where you can't find it!The price is right an the equipment is new!

Masks have been optional for vaccinated people for a while now. Since then, I haven't seen the cleaning crew as active as before. Gym has been more dirty than usual AND they're still not 24 hours yet.The covid hours were placed to slow the spread of the virus and to give the cleaning crew a chance to deep clean the facility before opening up the next business day. Gym is still dirty and us customers are still waiting to use the perks of a so called "24 hour" gym.

Great environment as far as working out and the stuff for kids however my only problem was one of Gym manager (black shirt, short, white hair early forties, late thirties), tried to tell me they wasn’t doing guest passes when I decided not to sign up while working out with my wife, I seen a group of people walk-in on a guest past before I even spoke to me. His words were “we not doing guest passes until tomorrow when prices go up” a sales tactic, as a business owner to another business I would be careful of that as it looks discriminatory.

I hate working out, nor am I particularly good at it. I’ve been to gyms where walking into the front door is such an incredibly uncomfortable experience you feel like you’ve just wasted the payment. But, this gym is so awesome. I didn’t feel uncomfortable with the staff, in fact they went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. You’re able to work out in peace and just focus on yourself.I like it.

Great location! Equipment is up to date, it has a large area to train, and ample space. The staff for the most part is attentive, and some will walk the floor to do safety checks. The only issue is that they do not enforce mask wearing. Outside of that, it is a good gym.

Nice gym with new equipment and really nice front counter girls. Showers and sauna still aren’t open due to pandemic and there are no punching bags like most gyms have. Luckily fitness connection has disappointed me enough before in this area to have a plan b; going to LA Fitness close by. A bit more monthly but you get what you pay for.
