Been going here for years and always love my time at planet fitness it's always clean and the employees are great. But the best one there is Gio always there in the morning and is very nice and respectful.

I like they have an upstairs with a walking track and other workout equipment. The trainer is a great resource on my journey he is very knowledgeable and offers valuable advice. He is patient especially when I complain.

NICK NASH NEEDS HIS OWN GYM LOCATION!!! HIS GREETING AND PROFESSIONALISM IS DEFINITELY TOP KNOTCH!!! FIRST TIME MEETING HIM AND I WAS SOLD AT THE FRONT DOOR BY HIS AMAZING GREETING!! Customer service is huge to me. Made the Planet Fitness experience amazing!!!

Service in this location is not the best, not customer friendly at all. I was late 2 days on my membership, I did not even know why because I have my bank account with money and CC and I went to the gym and they told me. I said ok I will set up the payment later so I will workout as a guest with my husband which is what I used to do before I got membership. But they did not allow to work out as a guest which I initially was and neither allow me to workout and pay before I leave.I just felt like, they do not care about customer service. We had been members of planet fitness for 3 years. I do not know how they plan of customer retention. The worst location I have ever been.

Nick, yeah he a real one! Always checking up on you and making you feel welcome as you come through the door. You will feel safe here with Nick in the building! It’s always clean there as well!

I just wanted to write this review because I was very pleased with my sign-up experience. Edith was the employee that assisted me and she was very pleasant and explained the whole process with me. I am so excited to get started on my workout journey.

If I must say GP has the best gym I've been to yet, Nick is and inspiring associate whom I enjoy the spirit he has upon entrance and as I depart he makes you feel welcome, he's a very respectful, outgoing and high spirited employee. Keep that spirit NICK and I will always tell the world how welcome I feel each and everytime I come in. GP Planet Fitness is the best.

THIS IS THE BEST PLANET FITNESS LOCATION THAT THERE IS PERIOD!!! It is affordable and its open 24 hours,with workers actually cleaning and keeping the facility in tip top shape the entire 24 hours!!!NICK NICK NICK!!!!! NICK NASH is amazing!!! This location wouldn't be the same without him point blank period.His desire and obsession to please,and accommodate each and every customer is so incredible and very passionate.This is absolutely the best Planet Fitness location,and also THIS IS THE BEST GYM PERIOD!!!!....and last but not least,special SHOUT OUT TO MR.G!!! he does excellent work as well,and is very well experienced in what he does.
