Good evening Alejandro, this Tracey Rice who comes to work out with your trainers. I've been a member of your club since moving to Texas and I have to say that Nick is very welcoming, proactive and always cheering me on. Every morning at 6am I can count on him to be cleaning the outside of the club and welcoming me by name which is very impressive considering the amount of guests that frequent the club.Gio always has a great attitude and fills in with cleaning making sure all the stations are filled. He always has a friendly conversation and get advice to give. He makes me feel like family.Betty always keeps the restrooms stocked and clean, I have never seen it dirty or noticed a smell. She greets me with a beautiful smile and a pleasant attitude. I love seeing her face in the mornings.Overall you have three fantastic employees who make the atmosphere of the club inviting, clean and family oriented. They go above and beyond to make each guest feel welcomed and special. You can rely on their presence each and every weekend morning which makes it that more inviting for me to come work out at the club. I strongly suggest a raise or some type of bonus for them as it is very well deserved and owned to them.Please feel free to share this with your corporate team and let them know because of staff members like them is why I will always be a PF Black card member.

Absolutely love coming here. It's always clean and well maintained. Workers are super respectful, nice and keep the environment safe for us. Shoutout to Nick! He helps keep me motivated and is very personable.

I have a good time working out at this location. A staff member by the name “Nick” is the best, greet you with good energy when coming in the door. Motivate and give you tips when working out. Not just with me I see him do it with numerous of people. I also observe its always clean when he working and just make this location feel welcoming and that’s why I enjoy coming back.

I vote for Nick Nash for Employee of the Month!!! Nick makes PF a better place! You Rock Nick!I’ve consistently been attending this location for 3 years. Nick is absolutely the best person you could’ve chosen to work graveyard. This guy attention to detail is immaculate. Always moving with a purpose. Acknowledging each and every one of the members (yes even at 3 AM) You got a good one, and I hope you can see his potential through the lenses of your members reviews. I’ve visited the gym at different times of that day and honestly the best crew is the graveyard crew! I truly wish the get the recognition and compensation they deserve! PF Strong!

I recently joined this location and immediately loved it. Very clean. Nick is by far one of the greatest staff members. He’s very friendly and always with a positive attitude. He’s quick to greet you and attend to any questions and needs. A big thumbs up. Best choice ever.

It’s been almost a year since I been here because I moved far away. I’m back and my lifting partner and I drive 45 minutes to come here because of nick. He’s really helpful, well mannered, professional, and very kind. Sometimes this area freaks me out but I feel safe when he’s here. I’m not sure if he want it or not but I truly see him managing a club or even being regional. His work ethic is outstanding. Planet fitness is lucky to have him and I’m lucky to be helped by him.

This is a great gym. They have a variety of workout machines, and they keep this facility clean. The best part about the GP Planet Fitness is their evening employee Nick Nash. He's always working hard, multi-tasking, and giving great customer service. He's friendly and encouraging to all of the guests. He is definitely a reason people keep coming back. He takes pride in his work, and he deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond for all of his customers.

This is one of the best planet fitness locations I have ever been to, and I've been to at least 15. Nick, and his crew, are some of the first people I see and talk to in the morning and their friendly and warm personalities are a welcoming sight in the morning, when all i can think about prior to arriving is my need for more sleep. I always leave feeling refreshed and energized and more excited to start my day. Thanks guys! Keep doing the great work that keeps me going. It's much appreciated.

Back to this location 4 months later. I really like the glute kickback machine they havehere as well as the upstairs waking track. This is the only location I've seen with these. March 2022 ->Really starting to annoy me that they have such small variety of machines especially the smith machines. Always have to wait in line. Ugh I visited 4 different locations over the past week and a half and all only have 4. Oh they need another leg press too. Always a line too for the "lay down" one.

I hate I had to cancel my membership, but surprisingly there's not a Planet Fitness in my new neighborhood. Carlos's customer service is above amazing. He says he loves his job and it shows. Come to Cedar Hill #planetfitness!
