I can’t say enough about what a great gym this is out of several gyms in the Grand Prairie area. I could talk about the equipment, the cleanliness or the the fact that they’re open 24hrs but that’s not what keeps me here. That fact of the matter is it’s the level of service that keeps me here, let me provide an example. A few weeks back I had planned to come in and tan and the associate up front ‘G’ welcomed me in and set me up in a tanning room. However, when I got to the room it was locked, so I returned to the front desk ‘G’ was willing to get set up in another room to avoid any tanning delays and apologized for the inconvenience. While setting me up in the other room Nick another outstanding employee at Planet Fitness approached and asked if I was tanning as I usually do and I explained what had happened. He was concerned that the other room was still taken as the tanning should have completed several minutes ago and he knew this tanning bed was my preference since the bulbs were better. I went to the room to prepare to tan but it was obvious that Nick was obsessed with quality customer service and followed up on the other room to make sure the customer there was safe and had not fallen asleep in the room. Within a minute or two Nick was knocking on the tanning room I was in to let me know the other tanning room was available. The level of service I received went above and beyond what was expected! Thank you both Nick and G!

The GP Planet Fitness is a great gym to work out at. I believe it is due to Nick Nash he is diligently keeping the place clean and is such a hard worker. His positive and friendly encouragement helps to push myself to workout. You don't see many employees who are as responsible at their job. Good job PF on hiring such a great employee!

Planet Fitness GP is the best gym I've been too. The gym is always clean and staff is AWESOME. The two levels are a major plus with the indoor track. Also a major shout out to your staff Nick, he is always upbeat and moving to keep the club stocked and presentable with a smile on his face. He makes sure to welcome each and every clubber as they walk thru the door.

I have always said I don't like gyms, but this is one of the first gyms I actually enjoy coming to daily! The staff is extremely friendly, especially Nick Nash. He greets us every morning and tells us good job on our workout. It keeps me motivated and I want to keep coming back to work out. I love the atmosphere and the people. And you definitely have to get the PF black card bc the water massage beds are awesome!!!

Nick At The Grand Prairie Location Is The Best!! Literally from walking in to walking out of the facility. He is such a gentleman and always has the place so sweet and clean. Andddddd everytime we walk in he says good morning and says our name as well.

Very good gym. Love coming here. Great experience. Every time I come and Nick is here it’s a different experience. Great customer service from him. Always greets me and good conversation. Nick deserves a raise! My favorite gym.

Love coming into this gym and seeing Nick here ! He has an amazing attitude all around and always asks if we need anything. Hes super proactive and motivating. Love the energy, definitely worth the drive than going to other PFs.

3rd shift at Grand Prairie location is the cleanest when Nick is there working. He is the hardest worker I have seen and keeps busy cleaning. He makes sure the equipment cleaning supplies is stocked. He is very friendly and energetic. Great asset to this location
