Hands down one of the best gyms I've ever been to. Clean facilities. Good music. The massage chairs are to die for especially the hydro massage. Plenty of equipment and very helpful workers. Gio was amazing!!

I LOVE this location. I drive an extra 15 minutes to get here and pass 2 other locations on the way. Nick is hands down the BEST! He is uplifting, always has a GREAT attitude and is asking if you are doing good and willing to help!

I enjoy working out at this location thanks to Nick the "hard worker".... I'm always greeted with kindness he goes above and beyond and I can tell he enjoys his job this man deserve a raise! Seriously!! I always try to come around the time I think he will be into work the gym feels more than a gym when hes here basically more like family because hes always speaks and check on everyone to make sure their good i am so happy I chose this location i really love it here and I want to thank you so much Nick for making my experience a great one I really hope you get the acknowledgement you deserve

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Planet Fitness in Grand Prairie and must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The front desk representative, Nick Nash, set the bar incredibly high for guest experiences. I was greeted with a warm smile and professionalism that surpassed all expectations. Nick's knowledge of the facilities, products, and top-notch customer service were apparent from the get-go.Despite being a first-time visitor at this location, Nick made me feel right at home, taking care of my every need and ensuring my comfort throughout my visit. His impeccable attention to detail and ability to treat guests with the utmost respect and courtesy was simply remarkable. It is safe to say that Nick Nash has set a new standard for guest experiences at Planet Fitness. Thank you Nick!!As for the gym itself, I can confidently say that it is incredible. The facilities are top-of-the-line, and the atmosphere is welcoming and motivating.

This was my first time going to a gym and the environment was clean and looked very new shout out to Nick. he gave me some good advice when it comes to starting my workout experience and was making sure I had a great time at the gym.

Went here for the first time yesterday as I wanted a gym close to my office I could hit on lunch. The gym is clean (big plus), nice locker and restroom facilities. I find the "gym with no gym people" schtick (my interpretation of it) understandable, but also a little puzzling in that this marketing strategy appears to bleed over into the equipment itself. I was surprised to see a lack of free weight machines and an even bigger lack of 45 lb. plates. For example the only leg press machine was equipped with only 2 45lb plates (90 lbs) and there are not many more in the gym I saw, maybe 8 or 10 total? There is also zero equipment that supports free barbells (bench press, rack, etc...), everything is on a smith style support system. I also noticed the cable machines ran maxed out at unusually low weight. I'm not a meathead so this is not from a meathead perspective, just an average size guy.In general its a pleasant gym and I will continue to use mainly due to its convivence, but if you are looking to train beyond a beginner level, you might want to tour the place first and be sure it is a good fit.

I’ve been going to this gym for awhile. You can really tell they care about their customers! I once asked Nick about the outdoor lights not being on early in the morning and he got it fixed right away! So thankful for a staff that goes above and beyond!

Love Planet Fitness… while on Medical leave they allowed me to freeze my account for 4 months due to my financial issues. Thank you for all your help during our hard time. Can’t wait to get back in the gym!

NICK & G ARE THE BEST! The gym is always clean everytime I go. I came from the Forest Lane location & love how spacious this gym is compared to that one. Staff are always friendly!
