Clean place to workout. Just wish they allow members to bring their gym bags w/them on the work out floor. I have my bands, gloves, towels, water jug, weight belt, etc. In my bag that I need. Why Not allow a gym bag??

Spacious, clean, but one location had NO ONE at the front desk for 15 minutes - I had to call while standing there to summon the teen aged girl working the desk. Also, inconsistent policies about one time "day passes" from franchise to franchise.........

Every time I visit this location it is freezing. Today's low was in the 30s and once you bust a sweat it's feel worse inside of the gym vs outside. This is all the time at this location. I don't visit this gym because of it and it's close to my home. I drive an extra 20 mins because of this issue. I should cancel my membership if they can't adjust the temperature base on the weather outside. In addition, the night staff feel the same way. It's horrible working out in freezing temperatures.

There is a strong feeling of community and you are always greeted with a warm welcome. I have made many friends at Planet Fitness through all the great class offerings. I can’t think of another gym that offers what I have at Planet Fitness which is the reason I have been a member since 2019!

I like everything, but they can't keep the ceiling fans running. I was told they needed repair and they would have to move all the machines to do it. Since then the fans are on one day and off another. I use a gym to avoid the weather and this is getting pretty annoying.Update:Management responded to this review but the fans were still off when I went back. Who cares about whatever excuse a manager has about why the fans are off? The bottom line is that they are off and I sweat twice as much during cardio. I am annoyed..

Not what I expectedThis gym is closest to my house so it's convenient for me, and it's seems very clean. For that reason I gave it three stars. I have always experienced my best workouts on ellipticals or classes. Number one, the company advertises classes. Don't be deceived there is no class room. What they call a class, is held in a corner of the gym, where maybe three people can fit comfortably, and the tiny space is near equipment and I feel thats dangerous. The space the gym does have that could be useful and beneficial is waisted on some spa or something room that is mostly empty. Secondly, the times I have ask about a class, the instructor are always having a personal issue or sick all the time. I thought trainers were healthy people. I can deal with that foolishness, but the kicker is the ellipticals. I, along with other members have found only one of them work correctly. You can work out on it, but if you want to know the amount of calories you burn or time you worked out, you have to keep pushing the GO button. I have asked a couple of the employees about how it works, and I really don't think they have a clue. The staff is mostly young and inexperienced when it comes in to customer service. Not bad, just inexperienced and unfocused on their customers, chatty and all, but most about themselves. It is a very clean quiet place to work out so I will keep going until I find a gym that delivers what it offers.. Come on, at least give us working ellipticals. If the ellipticals were working correctly, this could be a nice place.

Love this location. This was my first time back in a gym in a very long time. It took some time to get back in the swing of things… I went in anxious as I didn’t know what to expect.. but that soon changed after about 30 minutes into my workout. The atmosphere in there was calm, everyone just doing their own thing #judgementfree. Also the front desk staff was amazing

I love this gym. Super affordable and I love the crowd meter feature they have on their app. I usually avoid the busier times. The gym and equipment is well maintained. They also provide FREE workout classes and the trainer is very professional and friendly. I have the Black Card membership and always utilize the massaging chairs and hydro chair after my work outs.

This facility is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my 2nd week going there and l am very impressed. There are also many different machines that I haven’t seen in any other gyms. If you where looking for a great clean gym then l would suggest this one.

Cedar Hill location leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. Some funky smells, smaller than usual space, and interesting layout in the atmosphere design make it a little weird. The black card areas feel way too exposed and not worth the extra monthly contribution. Otherwise, it is your standard workout space and gets the job done. Sometimes the customer service leaves a little to be desired, and with the inherent design layout problem, this just puts this particular location on my list of things gs to avoid.
