Tried out their FREE high school summer pass, and am having a great time so far! Would definitely have considered opting for the paid membership once summer’s over, if not for the fact that I have to return back to the Philippines!

The employees are pretty nice and keep the floor clean, but the bathrooms could be a tad cleaner. Additionally, some of the clientele can be inconsiderate and uncouth (e.g., claiming two machines at once 🙄). …

I absolutely love this gym and the location is perfect, five minutes from home. In particular, I enjoy the Total Body Enhancement Machine and HydroMassage Machine. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I've been a member for six years.

The facility is super clean, there is a nice variety of machines and equipment to use, plenty of free weights and not overly crowded. I enjoy my workouts here.

I am currently still a member at this gym. Awesome experience so far! Staff is very kind and helpful! Customers are also courteous and polite to one another creating a very positive environment!

I chose Planet Fitness before the Pandemic because of how extraordinary clean they keep their facilities. I also enjoy the 24 hr. convenience of the use of the gym.Sincerely,Raymond Coleman

Nice gym, but they make you wear your mask WHILE you lift. I understand while walking from machine to machine but while you workout makes it ridiculous. Thats why planet is the last of my choice from all my memberships. Only go when I have no other choice.

It appears that they are following COVID safety protocols, but due to me having pancreatic cancer, I didn't want to risk my health by going there and potentially getting sick, so I wanted to cancel my membership, but APPARENTLY I had signed up with a contract for a year (which I swear was explained to me as No-Contract, but I must have misunderstood) and they refused to cancel my membership early unless I paid penalties, which were more than paying the individual monthly term out. You also have to physically go in to cancel, which is ridiculous, IMHO, especially right now, during a pandemic. Once my contract had ended, I had to physically go in to cancel and they asked my reason for canceling and when I said safety concerns about my cancer, the associate seemed a bit short & judgey towards me. Also, even though I canceled before my next month of service, I was still charged for this month. It wasn't super expensive for the monthly plan, but all things considered, they could have been a little more accommodating. I can't recommend the gym at this time.

Be sure to read the fine print because it is not 10 dollars a month. You also cant cancel your membership online although they are more than willing to sign you up and take your money online. All they care about is the money, they dont care at all for us little people. I'll never use planet fitness again and I'll be sure to let people know to avoid this place at all costs.

I like this gym very much its not my home gym but i do vist often One issue I have with this gym is the ladies bathroom the smell is horrible they don't keep it sanitized enough you can smell germs in the air beside other stuff you know what I mean. They need to spray the bathroom often or leave a can of lysol so we can spray ourselves. This is been going on for awhile that I would wait weeks at a time then go visit to work out and its still that smell. I feel like i cant go to bathroom without feelings like i am going to breathe in germs. Whats amazing is when covid was heavy every time I went I smell cleaning stuff bleach now that the mask was relaxed it appears they have relaxed on cleaning skills. Just so u know I have visit other locations and none of there women bathrooms smell like this please raise the standard and keep it smelling clean I am very disappointed I will now have to try out the new location in desoto I recommend this gym but use the bathroom after you leave.
