Top of the line facility with exceptional equipment. The trainers are kind, knowledgeable and experienced. This is a great place to train no matter what your goals are. This is an all inclusive experience with training, nutrition, stretching, and recovery all on site. You are set up for success from the very beginning. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best investment you can make in yourself! All thanks to my trainer Carter, the owner Nick, and my nutritionist Tiffny I went from working out inconsistently to working out 4 days a week for 6 months straight and eating healthier. The whole staff is nice and helpful along with the other clients, so it’s a great environment to completely change your health lifestyle in and keep you accountable.

My first few months at BBC with Trent have been overwhelmingly positive and transformative. I had never been to the gym in my life, so embarking on this journey to better personal health could have felt intimidating, but Trent and the whole BBC team made me feel at home from day one. I’ve always been able to ask any trainer any question without feeling embarrassed.The results speak for themselves. In just over two months, I’ve put on five pounds of muscle, and I can see a huge difference in the mirror. Trent’s programs are at once accessible and challenging, and he always pushes me to achieve my fullest potential. Tiffny has encouraged me to make changes to my diet in gradual, sustainable ways that I’ve implemented with ease and efficacy. I cannot recommend this gym enough!

I joined BBCT in November of 2021 and could not be happier. My experience so far has been wonderful. The entire staff could not be more friendly or helpful, and my trainer, Carter, has been incredible to work with. His workouts keep me engaged and excited to show up to the gym each day. Great space, great equipment, and great staff! The entire staff is knowledgeable and every workout is tailored to your goals and needs, even if you’re injured or have an imbalance. The trainers truly care about you and reaching your goals, and after a few sessions it feels like you’re working out with a friend rather than a trainer. I reached a point in my life that sustaining a healthy, active lifestyle required more than what I was able to properly research and develop on my own. I was looking for an organization that had the resources to not only develop an age appropriate work out program but could also provide me with nutritional guidance. Body By Choice has exceeded my expectations!! I believe Nick has assembled a very unique and knowledgeable team that is highly dedicated to their clients.Tiffny Harmon has done an excellent job of understanding my dietary needs and helping me develop a healthy, sustainable plan. I believe she has a very sincere passion, and ability, to help clients find the right plan that will would work regardless of lifestyle.Carter Stupyra has been my personal trainer for more than 3 months. Working closely with Nick, Carter developed a work out routine to meet what I need at this point in my life. I am very impressed with his knowledge, patience and ability to connect with his clients. His goal of helping me develop a healthy lifestyle is consistent at every session. His extremely positive attitude influenced me to continue on this journey. I recently signed up for another 12 sessions.As I transition into this next phase of age appropriate workout and health care I knew I would likely need to spend more time on reducing muscle tightness and improving flexibility. Dr. Scott Hadley (Hadley Clinic) has an office located within the BBC facility. His vast knowledge of anatomy and manual therapy, along with his ability to connect with his patients, is very impressive. After several sessions, Dr. Hadley was able to develop a routine for me that I believe is exactly what I need. I am excited to incorporate, what Dr. Hadley has taught me, into my daily fitness program.I highly recommend the team at Body By Choice to help you on your journey for a healthy lifestyle.

This place is everything I hoped it would be. I've been training here with Steph for over a year now, and have seen significant improvements in strength and physique. She has a very good sense of how hard to push me, and has been very flexible with working around an ongoing health issue I have. Tiffny is also amazing and very knowledgeable as a nutritionist. I eat a vegan diet, and she has worked with me to improve in many aspects. Overall, the whole staff is friendly and I look forward to my sessions here every time. I highly recommend Body By Choice Training if you want to take your health and fitness to the next level!

This is the most confident I've felt about myself in the last five years. After just 12 weeks of working with the team at Body by Choice, I've accomplished several goals leading up to my wedding -- running in a 5K, feeling stronger every week, and most importantly, developing a mindset and lifestyle that prioritizes my health and wellness. I moved to the Grand Rapids area in 2021, and even though the drive is 30 min from home, I look forward to seeing an important part of my new community 3x/week.From Day 1, Nick's assessment demonstrated his knowledge of the human body and proved early on how comprehensive their programs are at BBCT. I train regularly with Carter and Lisa. They challenge me in the best ways possible and always know how to keep it interesting, with a progressive program that changes every three weeks to target different areas of the body. They've got amazing personalities, are great motivators, and I lean on them for support while sharing new goals that've come up while we've worked together.When training at other gyms before, I usually see just one person. BBCT provides everything you need to focus on your health and wellness, even beyond the gym. Every month, I see Tiffny, who helps with goal-setting and shares resources and tips to help achieve them. Because this is such a personal (and sometimes private) experience, she's offered a safe place to share my challenges and aspirations. I've also worked with Kolby, as a massage therapist, to help condition and prepare my body for the first 5K I've done in a very long time. In what could otherwise be an intimidating environment, everyone at BBCT -- both staff and fellow members -- has been welcoming and supportive (even those I don't work with wave and say hello to me by name).I'm so glad I found BBCT and already look forward to coming back after our honeymoon. There's so much more I want to do and accomplish with this talented team of people.

In my second month at BBCT and couldn’t be happier with the progress I’ve made. Rachel is my trainer and she has been fantastic in tailoring my workouts to my current fitness level, and continuing to push me every session.
