I have been going to Body By Choice Training since June. I have completed one twelve-week program and just recently started a new twelve week program. I have been able to work with three different trainers at Body By Choice. My trainers are Nate, Taylor and Andy I train with them three times a week. I have loved training with them and have felt stronger, healthier and better about myself since I’ve started. Each of them push and support me while I am training. They also have a nutritionist that is available to improve your nutrition. I highly recommend Body By Choice if you are looking to get in shape and improve your overall health. They are the experts :)

My husband and I have been working out at Body by Choice for almost a year now. Our trainer is Nate and he is an awesome trainer. We enjoy the privacy of the gym and the one on one training we get. I have felt stronger, healthier and more motivated to workout since I have been going to Body by Choice. We also have three kids that are ages 21-24 that also work out at the gym and have loved it. I would recommend this to gym to any age that is looking to start working out or getting into a workout routine.

I joined Body by Choice in April, with a twelve week program. My trainer is Andy, and I meet with their registered nutritionist Tiffny every 4 weeks. I was happy and so impressed with the staff, my trainer and the facility that I just signed up for my 2nd 12 week program. The staff is always helpful, and flexible and accomodating with my schedule! The workouts change every 3 weeks, and Andy is fantastic at keeping in mind my limitations while always challenging me to improve. My lifestyle is pretty hectic so I can't always come in on my own, but overall I'm very pleased with my results!! I reccomend this training facility and its staff to anyone who's looking for accountability and friendly assistance in their fitness journey!! It's worth every penny!!

Joining Body by Choice has been a life changing experience and has surpassed all my expectations!Nick is a wealth of knowledge who not only provides you with a toolkit to change your eating habits but is a guide throughout the entire process. I firmly believe that there is no question he can't answer nor problem he can't help you work through. He understood concerns that my doctor dismissed and has been a guide and educator on how to overcome them. Nick and his team have done more to improve my overall health, energy level, eating habits, and confidence in 12 weeks than any health care providers has in years!Training with Nathan has completely changed my outlook on weight training. Prior to joining BBCT I was apprehensive about it but with Nathan's knowledge, guidance, expertise, and encouragement I've come to love it! He's an outstanding trainer who truly has a gift for this line of work and has made every session one I looked forward to. Tiffny has also been a delight to meet with and the monthly appointments are a great motivator to keep moving forward.BBCT truly values their members while maintaining a private training atmosphere and providing a top of the line service. I couldn't imagine continuing my fitness journey anywhere else!

12 weeks ago, I joined BBC to gain strength and lose fat. I had major surgery in July of last year that left me very week. I met with Nick and put a plan together for nutrition and exercise with measurable goals. I’ve worked very hard under the watchful eye of Ann Marie, and met all my goals. I not only don’t want to lose what I gained, I want to take it to the next level. All of the staff at BBC are so supportive, it really is something I look forward to.I never dreamed that at 62, surviving lung cancer, I’d be in the best shape of my life. So now I reach higher. Great facility, people and program.

BBC is a great gym for many reasons! It's small, quiet, always clean, professional, everyone is friendly and supportive. AnnaMarie is my trainer and is hands down the best personal trainer someone could ask for! Her, along with all the other trainers, are very knowledgable, motivating and really help you achieve the goals that you set out to accomplish. Because it's a smaller gym, everything is more personalized which helps for feeling better about the personal training process from beginning to end. I began my training journey with little to no knowledge of gym equipment, nutrition, physiology, etc but everyone was very helpful and guided through everything since day one. I would highly recommend joining with BBC to anyone.

This is now my second time joining BBCT. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I am not one to feel overly confident with working out and using gym equipment, so the one on one training is by far superior to any gym I have tried in the past. The trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. I receive great nutrition advice for my specific goals. It's a bit pricey BUT you can't put a price on your health and well-being. Best investment I've made in awhile!!!!Definitely check it out!

After recently deciding on an overall healthy lifestyle, I decided on Body By Choice gym. I researched many other gyms and facilities prior to this decision and based on my overall impression of what I saw and phone conversations I had, I chose BBC. I made the right choice. I am So content with everything. Only 4 weeks into my training, and I can honestly say my trainer Tommy, gym owner Nick and the full staff have gone above and beyond what I expected. They are always knowledgeable on exactly what I am need of. Its not just the training exercises and routines that make it, its the education they provide towards health and also the nutritional information including pros and cons of what is important to maintain overall health and fitness. I did not expect all of that. The education, experience and knowledge all the trainers have got my attention immediately and has reassured my joining. The approach Body By Choice takes in a persons decisions to get healthy truly is second to none. I am thankful I chose them and it has made me engage to a higher level in the training.

I am so happy that I found Body By Choice Training...everyone there is extremely professional yet welcoming and made me feel very comfortable even though I am not someone who has ever felt secure in a "gym" setting. It's wonderful to have the guided workouts to get me on track, and then also have such a gorgeous facility to work out in on my own time as well.The trainers and the owner of the gym are extremely knowledgeable and I feel like I can trust that they will develop the best workout plan for my needs. I also love that Nick (the owner) believes in a holistic view of health and teaches his clients how to figure out correct nutrition and supplements.Finally...this might seem like a small silly thing, but I really appreciate how lovely and clean the bathrooms and the showers are! I think you can tell a lot about a place by how well they take care of their bathroom facilities. I'm so glad I tried out BBC and I would recommend it to anyone :)
