I have been going to BBCT for almost two years.I found the gym by chance, so I viewed this as my time to take care of myself. I personally like it because it is one-on-one training, small and not crowded. The equipment is new and in great condition. The trainers are extremely friendly and have positive attitudes to encourage us to meet our goals. My trainer is Andy, an awesome guy. He provides a new work-out routine every three weeks, to keep me focused and on task. And we have great conversations and a little MSU-UM rivalry.I have had knee issues for the past several years. I am able to work out and walk with very little pain. My overall strength has improved. And with the assistance of Tiffany, I am learning to eat a healthy diet.Training at BBCT has been a positive experience for me. If you are looking to become fit and healthy, BBCT is the place.

If you are looking for a gym that gives you an individualized plan according to your needs / goals I couldn’t recommend a better place. I have worked with Andy for over a year and my husband has been going for close to a year. We work out together but are each able to still have our own needs met. I love the personalized workouts, the ability to modify any of the workouts and the ability to see our progress over time. From the beginning Andy asked what our goals were and continues to make sure that we are happy and getting what we want out of our time there. I love that it is small, quiet and everyone is there working with a trainer instead of it being a social event. I love that we can meet with a nutritionist that can guide us or provide us with meal ideas, recipes, etc. to help us change our lifestyles as a whole. I would highly recommend Andy but all the trainers there are awesome.

I was being trained at BBC for 12 weeks and it was a great firsthand experience. I trained with Nate and he was simply amazing. Very professional and just a pleasure to work with. He always stayed on track and encouraged me when I felt like giving up. The staff is friendly and helpful so your able to achieve your goals. The gym is nicely cleaned, and it was just a positive environment to workout in. 10/10 I highly recommend!

I joined BBCT almost 2 years ago because I was having hip pain, trouble sleeping, not eating healthy and overall feeling like I was dragging all the time. I am feeling so much better and stronger with the help from Nick, Tiffny and AnnaMarie, who I train with 2 times a week! AnnaMarie not only trains, but gives great advice on eating and living healthy. When I had back issues, she adjusted my workout so to not put any extra strain on my back. I get asked why I drive so far to work out and my reason is that BBCT is a clean facility, small, personable and I feel the staff is very professional and friendly. Highly recommend BBCT!

BBC is the most amazing gym I've ever been to. Not only is the equipment fantastic, clean and in really good shape. But they also pair you with a trainer. Since I've been going there, I've had the pleasure of working with Annamarie. She will push you and support you and encourage you. And if you show up, you will succeed.In the time I've been going here, I've also gotten to know the other trainers along the way. Any trainer there, will be with you literally every step of the way. All of the plans are customized for you and your goals. They show you how to do things safely and very effectively. This is not a gym where you walk in the door and hop on a treadmill for 30 minutes because you don't know what else to do. You show up, you have a full workout plan waiting for you, you get a consistenly great workout.

The reason I started going to Body by Choice was to prepare to run my first marathon. This was the first time I have done any weight training and so far my experience has been very positive.Nate and AnnaMarie have been excellent trainers. They always give me good feedback and push me to do my best. When I don't understand something, they always take the time to answer my question or give me tips to help me improve. Tiffny has also been very supportive and helped me improve my diet. Everybody is always willing to answer my questions and are encouraging in achieving my health and fitness goals.I have been with Body by Choice for over a year and since then I was able to complete my marathon and have seen an improvement in my pace and endurance. I also feel stronger and have more energy. I highly recommend them!

I just finished my first 12 weeks at BBCT and absolutely love it there. I trained with Kolby, who I think is an amazing trainer. He tailored my program to fit my goals while also helping me recover from meniscus surgery and rebuild strength in my knee. He really knows his stuff and taught me a lot during our sessions, plus he made it fun. The staff there is great and are all very friendly. Tiffny overhauled my diet and made my eating habits much healthier. The benefits of the personalized, one-on-one training have been extremely evident since I started, and I'm looking forward to seeing how I continue to progress. I would recommend BBCT to anyone and everyone.

Far and away the best gym and personal training in West Michigan. Nick and company put in a lot of work to make sure you have a complete plan (workout, nutrition, supplementation) tailored to your specific needs. I've worked with Nick, Nathan, and Tiffny. They (and the rest of the team) are awesome! The facilities are first class and I love the private gym experience. I highly recommend BBCT to everybody. Tell them Austin sent you!

I've been actively working out and going to the gym for most of my life and worked with many different personal trainers along the way, all to varying levels of success. Without a doubt the most professional, knowledgable, personable, and dedicated trainers I have ever worked with are those at BBC. If you're looking for a place that has the right people to get you healthy and fit, look no further. They've even managed to help me stay active and training while working around some sports injuries I've incurred. Great people. Great place. Definitely recommend.

I have been going to BBC since January, and it has been a great experience. The equipment is in good shape, the staff is friendly, and the gym is always very clean. After an initial meeting with the owner, Nick, I was paired up with AnnaMarie as my trainer. She is awesome and everything a trainer should be: smart, invested in her clients, willing to push you to achieve your goals, and funny (read: willing to give my sarcasm right back to me during my workouts). Highly recommend AnnaMarie and BBC to anyone who is looking to meet their fitness goals.
