Like anything new I was skeptical to start training with Nick and his team, especially as this was my first true experience training with professionals. From my first session I was blown away and instantly hooked by their approach to fitness and just how easy it is to train with everybody on the team. What I thought was going to be an intimidating experience was the exact opposite, everyone is open and encouraging in helping me achieve not only my fitness goals but also helping me adopt a more overall health lifestyle. I have been working with Nate Kendrick, the TPI certified trainer at BBCT for about 20 weeks now and, aside from being a great guy, the progressive workout regimen he has me doing has really been effective. No doubt has not only improved the muscles used in my golf swing but my everyday life movement has certainly been upgraded. Nate works you hard but keeps it light and makes going to the gym enjoyable.

My experience at Body by Choice Training has been great! I injured my knee last year during the beginning of the pandemic and had the toughest time getting back into a workout routine. I was lucky enough to have support from the wonderful staff and Personal Trainer Courtney! Courtney has helped me transform my left leg into a working leg and is still helping me reach my workout / body goals! She is a great supporter and pushes you to do your best.

My husband and I stumbled upon BBCT a few months ago and I could not be happier that we did! All of the trainers are phenomenal, friendly, and welcoming, but huge shout to Carter. Carter makes working out fun and makes you excited to show up every day! He does a great job of challenging you and is so encouraging every step of the way! The facilities are excellent! They have everything you would want or need at a gym and it is state of the art. The owner, Nick, is always very helpful and approachable. I would highly recommend! Do yourself a favor and check them out!

Just wrapping up our first 24 sessions, and I can’t say enough amazing things about BBCT! My fiancé and I wanted to get in better shape before our wedding, and with Stephanie’s help we now feel so much stronger, healthier, and more confident! I loved the progression of workouts and looking back at where I started to where I am now, there’s been so much progress in a short time. Stephanie is an amazing coach; she’s encouraging, personable and helps push you to accomplish your workout. Being able to have check-in’s with our nutritionist, Tiffny, was awesome and a great way to keep our health goals on track, especially when training during the holidays! I’ve learned so much in our first session, and can’t wait to start back up again after our wedding in a few weeks. I highly recommend BBCT!

I have been working out with Anna Marie for several months and have significantly improved my strength. She has helped tailor a program to manage my knee pain and increase my overall muscle strength. She is great to train with by keeping me challenged with a variety of exercises. The facility is clean with a variety of equipment and the staff is very welcoming. I highly recommend training with Anna Marie and the BBC team to improve your health.

Nick is very knowledgeable and keeps updated on all the new exercises and techniques! He changes the programs every few weeks so they don't get too boring or routine! I have seen such an improvement in my strength and flexibility since I've started training with him! If you're looking for an excellent trainer to keep you motivated and in great shape, he is definitely one to have on your team!

I joined Body By Choice Training a year ago, having reach a point where I was fed up with many failed attempts to find an exercise routine that I would stick with. I had never tried personal training, but after the first few sessions with AnnaMarie, I was hooked! I signed up for a 3 times a week program and have never looked back. The results speak for themselves -- I am stronger, leaner, and 15 pounds lighter -- and I am so happy with myself! Plus, with guidance from Tiffny, I have changed my eating habits with great results. Working out with a BBCT trainer is so much more efficient and yields great results because they know what you are capable of achieving and have a plan to get you there. Since I started at Body By Choice in August 2020, it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The staff here is welcoming, and they make you feel very comfortable. I appreciate their methods in which they take the time to get to know and understand you in order to create a plan specific to you. They are very supportive and hold you accountable in a way that makes you want to be the best you can be. Special thanks to Taylor and Tiffny for always challenging me and giving me encouragement along the way. Choose BBC and choose Taylor as your trainer, she always has a positive attitude and makes the workout fun. I haven’t felt this good since I was in my 20’s and now I feel great again!

I have been training at BBCT with Stephanie since January (2020). She has been helping me stay strong and flexible during my pregnancy! The gym is clean and safe ( it was even before Covid!) and all the trainers are friendly and professional. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for help in their fitness/training goals!
