I've been working with Brandon in personal training since February and it has been such a great experience! My goals are discussed frequently, and we work on ways to meet them not just at the gym but outside as well. Brandon has made a difficult process fun and engaging. It has truly been one of the better decisions I've made when it comes to my fitness goals. The team is incredible and I highly recommend the program and these folks!

Alright bathrooms could be cleaner, but they get five stars for friendliness and accessibility. I am legally blind and generally exercised at home and walked. However with a not so great hip and worse knees, needed to find alternatives. The staff is great. They show me around and help me learn how to use the equipment. Other members have popped up to help find things or show me how to use new equipment. The pool is a definite bonus!

Good gym to go to but had the most difficult time canceling the membership. I called them and said I was going to cancel and they told me just to pay the fees which I did. The next month they still charged me, so I called again and said I had to pay another charge. I did and they still ended up charging me again the next month. I called once again and they said the previous person I talked to didn’t cancel correctly, so I just went online and canceled myself and payed for mistakes that weren’t my fault.

A former member trying to go back! Kid care is outrageously expensive now! 25$ per kid!! Wow! Was told by staff that if I got the most expensive membership it would be 10$ per child. Then was advise another price! Wish the pricing was better! You’d definitely have more moms

Overall, I have had a great experience at Vasa. The facility is great and the staff is friendly. Nate was so helpful when I first started at Vasa. I was not pressured to sign up for a specific membership, but I’m glad I took a tour because it was informative to see how everything works and how they have additional offerings.

This is the best gym I've ever been apart of. To be honest it's more than just a gym, it's an extention of home. The vasa team as well as all of the patrons are so welcoming and encouraging. It feels like your personal goals are also their goals without being intrusive. If you want a gym that is inclusive too ALL this is the gym for you. With that being said, I will see you there

I am giving 4/5 stars only because the staff hardly ever welcomes you into the gym or acknowledges you as you leave. I say “thank you, bye” as I leave and it’s never returned. Also, I know this isn’t the gyms fault, but there are definitely rude members. Too bad we can’t fix that. Still a member though and am grateful for VASA.

Decent gym, plenty of equipment. Make sure to be prepared for an extra $50-100 in fees when you sign up that they are not entirely honest about. Also they have sent me about 10 promotional emails/texts that I didn't sign up for. Equipment is fine, everything else isn't great.

This is my first ever gym experience. It has been amazing. Staff is welcoming, fun, and helpful. I’ve only been in 4 times and each time I’ve felt like the most special person in the room. I’m thrilled!
