The staff is so friendly and helpful. Most of the front desk peeps are on their own healthy lifestyle journeys too. I love that they can relate to me when I have questions. The gym is very clean and they have a lot great equipment. Everything I've used so far is in good working order and seems fairly new. The memberships are very competitive with lots of options for different types of equipment, classes and amenities. I only gave 4 starts because it is sooooo busy at the Greeley, CO location late in the afternoon into the evening M-F. Some nights it's difficult to really do anything without feeling like I'm running into or tripping over someone.

I want to give it 4 stars only because the place is so overcrowded that I feel the company should look into expanding to a 2nd location as well but this gym deserves 5 stars regardless. The staff has been wonderful, they are LGBTQIA+ friendly, the classes are fun, the equipment is clean, the prices are fantastic! It's no shock the place is insanely popular. I have been gym hopping since I had to leave my favorite one and this is the closest to my ideal gym I could ever imagine (literally less people and a smoothie/protein drink bar would be the only things I could ask for lol) If you are considering going to a gym, especially if you are worried about going because you're getting back into it or haven't gone to one in years, look no further. I am over the moon with how this business handles everything.

It has a decent flow and plenty of Machines to choose from with lots of amenities and perks. It’s a bit crammed but overall I gave it a five star review because it was clean and comfortable, I was a first time user of the gym or any gym for that matter and I felt surprisingly comfortable trying different equipment out. There is plenty of staff and the personal trainers are really cool and helpful, JADA the PT was awesome and nice and made me feel like I was apart of the gym not just the new guy. The front staff was nice and gave me a tour of the place when I first got there. I expect to spend more free time 2-3 times a week there and look forward to my next workout at VASA Fitness!

I have attended this gym for 1 month. Was always busy and had broken equipment. Not what I was looking for. Went to cancel my membership. They added a whole bunch of fees 170 dollars worth and the wont let you pay it in store. They make you …

Unethical practices! They take advantage of people. I don't recommend dealing with this gym or company. I originally tried to cancel my membership back in May. Instead, they put me on a "3 month freeze". While that freeze was/is in place, I decided to cancel my membership. Just to note, I haven't been to this gym or used my membership since Covid began. And, they want to charge me for my last month of membership (my monthly membership fee) even though I haven't used the gym in almost 6 months! They claim that a cancellation requires 30 day notice (even though my membership has been on freeze) and thus I have to pay for those 30 days?! Don't trust them!BTW--as of September 14th, no one from Vasa has reached out to me as they indicated below that they would do.Still no contact as of December 15th.

Wanted to cancel my membership because they closed the basketball court and the racquetball court. When I tried multiple times in person and over the phone they continued to charge me. Ended up having to cancel my debit card and get a new one to stop the payments. They then sent me to collections for over a $100

If I could leave negative stars I would. My wife went in once to cancel her membership February of 2020, which didn't work, and she called twice... since then... all with the assurance that her membership was cancelled. And yet they keep charging her monthly and then sending that to their little collection agency who keeps contacting us for "past due" balance.So my wife finally calls the corporate number. They proceed to tell her that she never called because there were no notes about her trying to cancel previously. Then they told her that she can indeed cancel but only after she pays what is due... the charges that they have kept charging after all the time she has tried to cancel with a zero balance. Hey VASA... YOURE A BUNCH OF DIRTY CROOKS!!! Shame on you for the low down business you are conducting.

Thing are going great for me at Vasa I’ve lost about 20 lbs, but better than that at 73 I’ve gained muscle. I workout with a coach one day a week, Jake is an awesome trainer and coach. The whole staff is great, I really enjoy the gym and the people!

This is my first week at the Vasa Fitness Center. The staff is very friendly. Couple of the classes the music was very loud. The instructors have been very friendly. I am trying all the different classes to see which ones I like. So far it’s been a good experience.

VASA froze memberships during lockdowns and respected members thatfelt unsafe to return to the Gym until they were ready to come back... NOT.I recently discovered VASA resumed charging my bank account as soon as they reopened Gyms across my state, I was unaware of the charges until I was reviewing my bank statements and noticed charges going back 5 months.When VASA first closed their doors in March and froze memberships I figured they would respect their members and allow them to return when they felt safe, which I found very accommodating and appreciative of, however, that was never the case.When I spoke to a Customer Service rep over the Chat function of the App I voiced my concerns to someone who obviously did not care about the customer. As I told the rep my intentions were always to return to my Local Vasa Gym when I felt safe to do so, I live in an area where many people disregard Covid preventative measures, such as mask wearing, which is their right, but prevents me from returning, the rep of course defended her position and said I did not have to be physically at their Gym to be charged the monthly fee and would not issue refunds or credits for future use and could only offer a next month free credit... Tone deaf response since she obviously disregarded anything I said earlier.Anyways,TLDR;The gym is decent, equipment is usually working, staff does horrible job enforcing mask rules, heard customer service horror stories about this place and had one of my own.
