Very nice. I went during the day, large assortment of cardio machines offered. Didn't bother me that no one greeted me because I had headphones coming and going. Definitely will return. It's also 24/7

Friendly staff. Very clean environment. Parking is adequate. Soap always in dispensers in showers.. as opposed to some LA Fitness locations in California. Never over crowded.However, the "Lunk Alarm" is reverse discrimination: Stereotyping a guy named Ricky.. not cool. Ownership need to take a look at that.

For the price you can't beat it! It's clean; the staff are friendly; the equipment is varied, easy to use and plentiful. The locker rooms and showers are nice and even the over-the-counter cost of "extras" like water bottles and head phones are reasonable. I have 3 issues, though: 1: I can't bring my well-behaved 12-year old in. 2: there are not enough stretching mats. And 3: there is no stability bar in the handicapped shower (I am cane-dependent). Otherwise, I'm thrilled!

I have an ANYTIME FITNESS Membership and while in Greensboro I got one to Planet Fitness. This location is big. Too crowded for me but if you do not mind too many people you are fine. What I didn't like was the absence of a workout only room . Perks...Hydromassage And Tanning beds

Awesome! My fiancé and I go almost every other day. The machines are always clean and functional. We are new to the area and are highly impressed with its affordability and cleanliness.

Love it - the best deal in town for sure!Professional staff, clean facilities, what more could you ask for?Staff is friendly and professional and I have found that they are helpful and exhibit a positive attitude but are constantly on the move making sure things run smooth. There's not a lot of time for chit chat. They are a publicly traded company under scrutiny by investors . You go there to work out and if you need to upgrade or buy something the transaction is always smooth professional.PS: If you're leaving town remember to upgrade before you leave!!!

I am very dissapointed with the fact that they over sell the membership and at times during the peak hours the gym is gross and you can barely breathe (much less get a good wokout in) there due to everyone sweating and everyone's body heat. …

This particular gym has always met my needs. It is very clean and the staff has always been friendly. I think PF corporate needs to re-examine its cancellation policy (i.e. cannot cancel via phone, online, etc.). The bad PR Planet Fitness is getting from this policy can't be worth the dollars they are stealing from people.

No frills, clean gym for $10 a month. Excellent staff. Love that part. The only part I don't like is free pizza day. Seems totally counter productive to have all you can eat pizza which is loaded with saturated fats. Not a good way to set an example for customers eating habits. It cancels out your workout for a week.

Technically, this place is fine for a gym. Nothing special; basic machines and polite staff. Worth $10/month, though not really worth the sign-up and yearly fees they charge you. For me the only bad part was that they don't make it the easiest to cancel your account. After being told when I signed up that my contract would automatically cancel out after my year was up (I got a blackcard membership), 14 months later I was still being charged. When I called to cancel and get my money back, I was told that my contract wasn't up; my "commitment" was up, but they would continue to charge me. Keep in mind I hadn't been going for two months; $40 down the drain in a time when that's all I have for groceries in a week. Then I couldn't even just cancel by phone or online, and I sure as hell wasn't getting my money back for the month I wasn't using, EVEN on the day the charge had gone through. You have to go in (or send a certified letter) and fill out paperwork to cancel. And again, they won't reimburse me for this upcoming month that I'm not going to use.
