I've been to several Planet Fitness gyms, this one is poorly setup. Dumbell area extremely small with hardly any room between you and the next person beside of you. Even if we weren't social distancing, you are still cramed in. The locker rooms have alot more space! The gym is clean, as well as plenty of cardio equipment.

My home gym. Be aware that there is theft happening here. Thieves are breaking into lockers and stealing items. My combination lock was picked and wallet stolen within 45 minutes of my workout session. Happened to a few others during the same session. A police report was filed.Other than that, it’s a really nice gym with decent equipment.

I just started going here but seems like a decent gym. I’m able to work out before work, then take a shower in a clean gym shower and head to work. I was really amazed how clean the place was along with the locker rooms. They got a lot of equipment especially cardio. Only thing I would want to see more of is weights.

Very clean, very nicely managed, cardio equipment is in decent shape, wide variety of all kinds of cardio equipment. Locker rooms and showers are tremendously well up-kept and large enough to never feel cramped. Staff is always friendly early in the morning when I go.

I joined a few months ago and have been extremely satisfied with my choice to do so. The staff is always smiling and friendly, willing to help new folks with equipment and exercises. Facility is clean, staff does a great job of cleaning and restocking paper towels / spray.

During COVID-19 they are clean friendly, and amazing. The ladies up front a very nice and they look really happy. Thank you for being open! Excellent services!!

Terrible customer service. The staff constantly interrupts my workout asking me to download an app or follow "rules" that are not posted anywhere in the gym. These "rules" or downloading the app was not mentioned when asking for payment. …

I would rate it lower if I could. This Planet Fitness requires people to wear masks while they are working out. Other Planet Fitnesses around the country only require mask wearing while not working out. This facility’s policy is ignorant because it has a tendency to restrict one’s breathing while working out.

I am so disappointed and discouraged to ever go back to the gym after having to do with planet fitness June 16th last month I was drafted $23 and however much change it was for my monthly black card membership on June 28th for some reason that money got refunded to my account I'm getting ready to leave the country so I was going to cancel my membership for this month because I'll be away for a whole month somehow I ended up getting charged with a $15 late fee so I'm owing them $38 unable to cancel my account because I have a pending payment I get online to pay the $38 that I owe this past Monday on Tuesday the month still hasn't been drafted out I'm leaving next Wednesday I show up to planet fitness that afternoon with cash and money on my debit card with every intention to pay the $38 they inform me they are unable to take my payment unable to cancel my account until it's paid in full and let me know that I'm also going to be charged another $23 for the July membership and now here it is Friday and you guys haven't charged me for anything my account hasn't been canceled I'm getting ready to leave I barely have time to deal with this because I have a job and children and a busy life I'm literally begging to cancel my account and begging to pay my balance and they won't take it what happened to no commitment? How am I supposed to walk away from the country knowing that I still have this commitment with these people even though I tried to do the right thing and cancel it and pay off what I owe now I'm having to pay even extra money but you guys don't want to take it out of my account.The worst communication no attempt to help me at all still trying to pay you my money don't want to let me cancel it what happened to no commitment? I can't emphasize that enough if I could give you less Stars than one I would.

How can you beat $10/month! The place is never crowded when I go at lunch (around 1 p.m.). The staff is friendly and the place is very clean. A wide variety of machines, both cardio and lifting, as well as free weights. A nice place.
